La mattina presto qui si possono trovare delle signore anziane che commentano i fatti sul giornale non disdegnando di spippolare orgogliosamente sullo smartphone. Ciascuna riceve il proprio trattamento personalizzato per la colazione. In questo bar si gusta il miglior espresso della città, si mangiano paste e salati di ottima fattura e si può sedere ai tavolini posti nel chiostro del Mercato del Carmine uno dei luoghi più fascinosi della città. Ernesto è sempre disponibile a spiegare il significato del modo di dire napoletano che ogni giorno attacca alla macchina del caffè. Ti puoi sedere ai tavolini del bar o in quelli all'interno del mercato e legge e il quotidiano senza pagare sovraprezzo!!!!! Definitely the best bar in Lucca for the kindness of the owners. Good coffee, good salted pieces, Neapolitan cold coffee is only there! You can sit at the tables of the bar or in those within the market and read and the newspaper without paying extra price !!!!!

Non a caso ci accoglie l’immagine di Troisi e di Totò. Gli estimatori del caffè ☕️ ristretto possono soddisfare il palato ed uno spuntino di metà mattina è l’occasione per consumare le pizzette lievitate e gustose, magari accomodandosi nel “retrobottega” che consente un salto nella storia.
