Quando sono andata a chiedere spiegazioni mi hanno dato il pezzo di stoffa che hanno tagliato dicendo che loro hanno tagliato li stessi cm da tutte le parti e che il vestito era già difettoso. New dress just bought with the label still, they had to be shortened and made it of the right length in front and shorter behind. When I went to ask for explanations they gave me the piece of cloth they cut saying that they cut the same cm on all sides and that the dress was already defective.

Non capisco come faccia ad avere recensioni positive. Terrible experience, rude staff. A tip best to avoid will not go back there again. They couldn't even find my clothes. I don't understand how it gets positive reviews.

Sconsigliatissimo, assolutamente da evitare I brought 4 suits and 2 jackets, all the jackets were badly ironed, completely crooked, to the point of making them unpresentable and impossible to wear. Not recommended, absolutely to be avoided

Avete perso 2 clienti in un colpo solo.Sconsigliato! E consiglierei a chi di dovere di controllare il preziario.Grazie. Price displayed for women's dress € 5, beaten € 10 for three tot. 30 € ... to the request for clarification the answer was that the price refers to children's dresses .. yes ma'am, but above the counter there is written in large letters 5 € dress for women ... the answer a lot " polite "was: the shop isn't mine ... moral? Basta inserire lo scontrino in un lettore led e se il prodotto é pronto ti arriva, sennò sul display appare la scritta che non é pronto In addition to the sympathy, the speed in preparing the goods and very comfortable the withdrawal without queuing, as it is automatic. Quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni e abbiamo fatto vedere che i capi (appartenenti a due persone diverse) si fossero ristretti, la proprietaria - tutt'altro che gentile- ci ha risposto che siamo ingrassati!!!!!!!!! Molto scortese e incompetente! La giacca Napapiri era stata acquistata meno di un mese fa della giusta taglia e i blazer ristretti sono stati indossati fino a 3 giorni prima!!! Prendere due taglie in meno di 3 giorni é quasi impossibile. Inoltre, l'imbottitura della giacca non era distesa e la stiratura dei blazer fatta malissimo. Un bel reclamo non ve lo leva nessuno! Se ci tenete ai vostri capi statene alla larga! Absolutely not recommended. We brought 5 items to wash and all 5 were returned tightly. When we asked for explanations and we showed that the leaders (belonging to two different people) had shrunk, the owner - anything but kind - replied that we have gained weight !!!!!!!!! Very rude and incompetent! The Napapiri jacket was bought less than a month ago in the right size and the tight blazers were worn up to 3 days before !!! Taking two sizes in less than 3 days is almost impossible. Also, the padding of the jacket was not stretched and the ironing of the blazers done badly. Nobody gets a good complaint! If you care about your bosses, stay away!
