E' da questo gennaio che porto 6 camicie a settimana, e mai ho avuto da ridire, anzi, sono uniche, profumate e lavate n modo impeccabile Complimenti a tutto lo staff, soprattutto a Sabrina che mi accoglie sempre con un sorriso. Very kind people, punctuality and a smile are the indispensable qualities in this job. Since this January I have been wearing 6 shirts a week, and I have never had anything to say, on the contrary, they are unique, perfumed and washed in an impeccable way. Congratulations to all the staff, especially Sabrina who always welcomes me with a smile.

Personale davvero scortese, mai visto delle commesse così scorbutiche, probabilmente deve essere una condizione necessaria nel curriculum. (Se non siete in grado nemmeno di sorridere ai clienti, cambiate mestiere, questo decisamente non è il vostro). Comunque, ho portato un piumino a lavare, e quando l'ho portato a casa ho visto che mancava il cursore della zip. Ho telefonato, e una delle simpaticissime commesse mi ha detto che è normale che succedano certe cose, ma loro non ne rispondono, altrimenti lavorerebbero in perdita. Ma scherziamo? Serietà Zero!!! Il fatto di essere un negozio economico a differenza di altri non vi autorizza ad essere delle maleducate simili! Dovevo abbandonare questa lavanderia da tempo... I state that I often went to this laundry because it is close to my home and cheap. Really rude staff, never seen such grumpy shop assistants, probably must be a necessary condition in the resume. (If you can't even smile at customers, change jobs, this is definitely not yours). Anyway, I took a duvet to wash, and when I took it home I saw the zip puller was missing. I called, and one of the very nice shop assistants told me that it is normal for certain things to happen, but they don't answer for it, otherwise they would work at a loss. Are we kidding? Zero seriousness !!! The fact of being a cheap shop unlike others does not authorize you to be such rude! I had to leave this laundry for a long time ...

Oggi con parecchie camicie da lavare in mano mi è stato chiesto di fare un giro nel centro commerciale perché l'addetta doveva fare un controllo di cassa...proprio in quel momento. Lasciamo perdere il sorriso che neanche a pagarlo oro sempre, risposte del cavolo ecc ecc. ma vorrei dire che tutti lavoriamo e tutti siamo stanchi ma quando lavori col pubblico almeno fingere la cordialità no??? Hanno risposto che loro non rispondono di questi danni, Sono andato via con piccoli bucchi sulla manica sinistra. 300 euro jacket ruined for a simple wash. They replied that they are not responsible for this damage, I left with small holes on the left sleeve.
D	Davide Oliva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una giacca che ho cercato di ritirare il giorno prima e mi han detto che ormai erano chiusi quando potevano benissimo darmela (fosse questo il problema) ho ritirato la giacca e indossandola comincio a scoprire peli di animale dappertutto, zaino, valigia.. guardo la giacca ed è praticamente ricoperta interamente di questi peli!! (io non ho animali in casa) questa è davvero una vergogna assoluta in quanto abbia pure pagato. La foto l’ho fatta dopo aver cercato di pulire e di toglierli!!! Con questa giacca non potrò fare niente di ciò che avevo in programma, sono impresentabile! Credetemi che sembra uno scherzo da quanto sia diventata una giacca ricoperta INTERAMENTE di peli.. e non solo quelli, ricordo all’inizio della pulizia che c’erano anche capelli lunghi.. DOVRESTE CHIUDERE ALLISTANTE. NON MERITATE NEMMENO LE 2 STELLE CHE AVETE. Le tantissime recensioni negative diventeranno infinite con gli altri disagi che provocate. VERGOGNA. A jacket that I tried to collect the day before and they told me that they were closed by now when they could very well give it to me (if this was the problem) I took the jacket and wearing it I begin to discover animal hair everywhere, backpack, suitcase .. I look at the jacket and it is practically covered entirely with these hairs !! (I have no pets in the house) this is really an absolute shame as it has also paid. I took the photo after trying to clean and remove them !!! With this jacket I will not be able to do anything of what I had planned, I am unpresentable! Believe me, it seems like a joke since it has become a jacket ENTIRELY covered with hair .. and not just that, I remember at the beginning of the cleaning that there was also long hair .. YOU SHOULD CLOSE AWAY. YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE THE 2 STARS YOU HAVE. The tons of negative reviews will become endless with the other inconveniences you cause. SHAME.
