★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una latteria conosciuta da molti anche fuori regione,ottima lavorazione del latte con una eccellente produzione di formaggi che si possono acquistare presso i soci che portano il latte in latteria,un tempo c'erano tante lotterie turnarie, ormai sono rimaste poche. Bravi a Valmorel a mantenere questa Latteria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ultima latteria turnaria del Veneto e una delle ultime d'Italia. Lavora il latte a crudo per produrre il formaggio tipico. Produce burro dalla panna del latte. La latteria non può vendere i prodotti, ma si possono acquistare dai soci conferitori (tutti a pochi metri dalla latteria). Nelle vicinanze si può visitare l'azienda agricola la Schirata che trasforma latte di pecora; l'azienda agricola S.Damiano alle case Nice; la fattoria didattica Le Zercole.
