Chiedo un’informazione alla ragazza dai capelli corti che sta al computer e che a malapena alza lo sguardo per rispondermi, svogliata mi indica vagamente la zona del negozio dove posso trovare quello che le ho chiesto. Dopo vari giri a vuoto mi arrendo e torno alla cassa e chiedo alla stessa commessa di accompagnarmi e nel farlo sembrava anche piuttosto scocciata. Non pretendo di essere seguita in tutto e per tutto nella fase dell’acquisto ma almeno un po’ di disponibilità e gentilezza visto che si tratta di un lavoro a contatto con le persone altrimenti cambi lavoro...
