E la persona che doveva seguirmi mi contattava con i suoi tempi! Consigli svogliati, del resto dovevo comprare una cucina non un chilo di pane!!!! Peccato che gli installatori (esterni all'azienda) che mi hanno mandato non sono stati all'altezza. Dopo pochi mesi i pezzi iniziano a staccarsi oltre a venire fuori il pressappochismo e la fretta dell'installazione. Le viti Addiritturadi aggancio tra un pensile e l'altro sono storte. Addirittura, nella cappa ci sono ancora le pellicole protettive e l'unico modo per toglierle è rimuoverla totalmente. I 2 riempitivi (di dimensioni chiaramente diverse) sono stati scambiati e installati malamente. Uno dei 2 addirittura è solo appoggiato! Un'azienda di questo tipo dovrebbe controllare e verificare meglio a chi si affida nell'installazione perché altrimenti il lavoro generale risulta mediocre The value for money is average. Risposte che arrivano dopo più di 1 mese, continui solleciti per capire a che punto si è con la risoluzione del problema. Cucina installata il 15/16 Giugno 21, ad oggi (7 mesi dopo) siamo ancora in ballo con sostituzione delle parti difettate e continuando a sollecitare risposte! Mi spiace per il marchio Veneta Cucine perché sono qualitativamente belle, ma un servizio così non esiste!
