Io ho usufruito di questo servizio e mi è stato detto che avtrebbero comprato sei libri tra quelli di cui avevo mandato le foto. Arrivata fisicamente al negozio il signore mi dice che nessuno dei libri che ho portato gli interessa e, dopo che io ho mostrato la chat whatsapp in cui mi dicevano il contrario, inizia a trovare giustificazioni per le quali quei libri non vadano bene. Due ore della mia vita perse a causa della loro incompetenza.
Bad service. They give you the opportunity to contact them via whatsapp to find out which used books they take and which ones they don't. I took advantage of this service and was told that they were going to buy six books of which I had sent photos. Physically arrived at the shop, the gentleman tells me that none of the books I brought are of interest to him and, after I showed the whatsapp chat in which they told me otherwise, he begins to find justifications for which those books are not good. Two hours of my life lost due to their incompetence.
