Ho chiesto all'impiegato alla cassa e, trattandomi come una demente mi ha detto che se cercavo quel determinato argomento, dovevo leggermi il libro, io gli ho chiesto in quale libro potessi trovare quel determinato argomento e mi ha risposto con scortesia di recarmi alla sezione antropologia e leggere il libro. Ma se non so in quale libro si trova e se è un argomento che viene trattato, che faccio? Acquisto tutti i libri quando mi interessa un solo argomento? L'impiegato mi ha detto di andare in quel reparto e cercare li, ma mi ha trattata in modo scortese e da demente. Mi sono recata in un'altra libreria, non Feltrinelli e lì ho trovato un bel libro e sono stata trattata gentilmente. A mai più in questa Feltrinelli
 I went in yesterday to buy a book on a certain subject about which there is little information. I asked the clerk at the cashier and, treating me like a madman, he told me that if I was looking for that particular topic, I had to read the book, I asked him in which book I could find that particular topic and he replied rudely to go to the section anthropology and reading the book. But if I don't know which book it is in and if it is a subject that is being treated, what do I do? Do I buy all the books when I am interested in only one topic? The clerk told me to go to that department and look there, but he treated me rude and insane. I went to another bookshop, not Feltrinelli and there I found a good book and was treated kindly. Never again in this Feltrinelli

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very approachable, gentle, and helpful staff. My kids and I were able to find an old edition of a book that we wanted even if it took a while for them to find. Others would just say it's sold out if they are unable to quickly find the item we're looking.
