m	massimiliano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a questo negozio per un controllo generale della mia bici elettrica(contatti elettrici,freni,batteria...) ma dopo averla ritirata ho subito controllato e mi sono accorto che nulla di ciò era stato fatto ed il non controllo mi è costato 30 €....questo comportamento è stato adottato forse per non aver acquistato la bici presso di loro?!non saprei...l'unica cosa che so' con certezza è che non mi rivolgerò più a loro ne' tantomeno lo consiglierò a qualcuno.... Strano che non ricordi la bicicletta perché sono tornato in negozio non tanto per la spesa fatta, ma per un discorso di principio! Avevo chiesto in modo esplicito una pulizia dei contatti batteria, che non è stata fatta! Perché poi l'ho fatta io...manubrio non allineato con la ruota anteriore! Può essere che il meccanico si sia dimenticato le mie richieste? Allora consiglio di prendere nota delle richieste del cliente per non ripetere l'errore! Tutti possono sbagliare ma bisogna anche accettare una critica! Mi auguro che questo inconveniente possa servire per una maggiore attenzione nei confronti del cliente. I don't know ... the only thing I know for sure is that I will not contact them anymore nor will I recommend it to someone.... Strange that I don't remember the bicycle because I went back to the shop not so much for the shopping done, but for a speech of principle! I had explicitly asked for a cleaning of the battery contacts, which was not done! Because then I did it ... handlebar not aligned with the front wheel! Could it be that the mechanic forgot my requests? Then I recommend taking note of the customer's requests so as not to repeat the mistake! Everyone can make mistakes but we must also accept criticism! I hope that this inconvenience can serve for greater attention to the customer. Best regards

F	Federico Tabaglio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire....La storia è iniziata così : Io sono di Brescia ed il modello di ebike che stavo cercando era la moustache game 8, che a brescia non riuscivo a trovare, allora guardando in rete ho trovato lario ebike che ho contattato e conosciuto telefonicamente Sergio il titolare, dopo una breve trattativa telefonica abbiamo trovato un accordo sull'acquisto, questo a fine novembre 2020....Sergio mi aveva avvertito che la bici sarebbe arrivata nel periodo tra maggio e giugno ed io a sensazione mi sono fidato a lasciare una cospicua caparra così a lungo termine. Arrivati al periodo di maggio la bici non era ancora arrivata ,Sergio mi ha sempre tenuto aggiornato sugli sviluppi delle consegne e dei pesanti ritardi in tal senso, ci aggiornavamo mensilmente sulla situazione, e con grande onestà è sempre stato pronto a ridarmi la caparra se avessi cambiato idea, alla fine era diventata quasi una questione di principio aspettare sta bici, passato giugno, luglio agosto la bici è arrivata verso la fine di settembre.... Finalmente sono andato a ritirarla ed ho conosciuto Sergio ed il meccanico che non ricordo il mome che minuziosamente mi ha fatto un ottimo settaggio degli ammortizzatori... Dopo un ulteriore sconto suacquisto di accessori ci siamo salutati.. Risultato..... la domenica prima gara di enduro con la nuova ebike primo sul podio.....e Sergio me l'avea detto Federico apetta questa bici che ti troverai bene. Che dire .... Grazie Sergio per la disponibilità la serietà e la competenza. Arrivederci Federico What can I say .... Sergio warned me that the bike would arrive in the period between May and June and I felt I trusted to leave such a large deposit in the long term. By the time of May the bike had not yet arrived, Sergio has always kept me updated on the development of deliveries and heavy delays in this regard, we updated on the situation monthly, and with great honesty he was always ready to give me back the deposit if I had changed his mind, in the end it had become almost a matter of principle to wait for the bike, past June, July August the bike arrived towards the end of September .... Finally I went to collect it and I met Sergio and the mechanic who I don't remember the name who meticulously made me an excellent setting of the shock absorbers ... After a further discount on the purchase of accessories we said goodbye .. Result ..... on Sunday the first enduro race with the new ebike first on the podium ..... and Sergio Federico told me that he is waiting for this bike that you will find yourself well. Grande professionalità di Bosch e di Sergio e Lorenzo di Lario eBike!!!! Delivered my MUSTACHE for an annoying noise to the Bosch motor…. after just a week I picked up the bike with the new engine changed under warranty without spending a euro !!!! Great professionalism of Bosch and Sergio and Lorenzo di Lario eBike !!!!
