S	Stéphanie Zimmermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restauration décevante pour un étoilé, nous avons l’habitude des restaurants étoilés, celui ci propose une carte peu intéressante les quantités sont ridicules! La carte des desserts fait peine nous n’avons rien pu choisir, nous avons dû manger du pain pour compenser honteux, nous avons été envoyé dans ce restaurant pensant dîner dans un Relais et Châteaux. Nous ne recommandons pas du tout cette cuisine et ce restaurant. Disappointing catering for a starred restaurant, we are used to starred restaurants, this one offers an unattractive menu, the quantities are ridiculous! The dessert menu is painful, we couldn't choose anything, we had to eat bread to make up for shame, we were sent to this restaurant thinking of dining in a Relais et Châteaux. We do not recommend this cuisine and restaurant at all.
a	antonello stefini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fine settimana fantastico, l'hotel che hotel non sembra perché diciamolo è più una grande casa dove tutto è al posto giusto e riservato al punto giusto. Gli appartamenti sono ben curati, l'unica cosa che secondo me manca potrebbe essere un vassoio per colazione a letto e qualche altro dettaglio che ora non ricordo. Il personale è a dir poco gentile e pronto a far fronte a qualsiasi richiesta, nel limite del possibile ovviamente! Non mi dilungo troppo.........bisogna provarlo di persona. Ancora un grazie a tutto il giovane staff Fantastic weekend, the hotel does not seem like a hotel because let's face it is more a big house where everything is in the right place and reserved at the right point. The apartments are well maintained, the only thing missing in my opinion could be a tray for breakfast in bed and a few other details that I don't remember now. The staff is kind to say the least and ready to deal with any request, as far as possible of course! I do not dwell too much ......... you have to try it for yourself. Thanks again to all the young staff

Letto comodissimo, doccia spaziale! Voto 5 PERSONALE Tutto il personale è preparato e soprattutto GENTILISSIMO sia nella struttura che nel ristorante....il livello è molto alto e anche se non siamo abituati tutte le attenzioni che ti vengono riservate ci siamo sentiti comunque sempre a nostro agio. FANTASTICI RISTORANTE CENA/COLAZIONE Come se ci fosse bisogno di parlarne....sia a colazione che a cena una poesia per ogni boccone!!! Ci ritorneremo!!! To give a complete opinion I divide the review into chapters LOCATION / STRUCTURE The location is enviable, by the lake with a beautiful panorama, a well-kept structure and very nice, spacious and comfortable rooms !!! Super comfortable bed, space shower! Grade 5 STAFF All the staff is trained and above all VERY KIND both in the structure and in the restaurant .... the level is very high and even if we are not used to all the attention that is reserved for you we have always felt at ease. FANTASTIC RESTAURANT DINNER / BREAKFAST As if there was a need to talk about it .... both at breakfast and at dinner a poem for every bite !!! We will be back !!!

Ma la premessa, doverosa, è che mangiare al ristorante è come stringere un contratto che vincola entrambe le parti: se una delle due risulta inadempiente, anche l’altra viene sgravata dai vincoli. Il contratto in questione ha per oggetto la somministrazione di cibi e bevande e la fruizione di un servizio in cambio di un corrispettivo in denaro. Ma ogni contratto per risultare valido presuppone l’esistenza di una trattativa, che in questo caso assume le sembianze di un menu, ovvero di una lista delle vivande corredata dai prezzi. In sua assenza, il cliente è autorizzato ad alzare i tacchi col portafoglio pieno.( cio’ Che avrei dovuto fare !) Excellent raw materials; bad receptionist; general service that can be improved but not up to the name; unpreparedness of the proven Maitre; Fairly trained bartender; fairly fair receipt. But the premise, a duty, is that eating at a restaurant is like entering into a contract that binds both parties: if one of the two is in default, the other is also relieved of the constraints. The contract in question has as its object the administration of food and drinks and the use of a service in exchange for a consideration in money. But to be valid, every contract presupposes the existence of a negotiation, which in this case takes the form of a menu, or a list of food accompanied by prices. In his absence, the customer is authorized to raise his heels with a full wallet. (What I should have done!)

Tutto eccelso: personale, camere, servizi, colazione, cena, ambienti esterni, arredamento, design. Ho avuto anche la fortuna di stringere la mano a Canavacciuolo che si è dimostrato essere una persona umile e cortese. Complimenti ad Antonino e a tutto il suo team...mi sono sentita una vera principessa! My partner Riccardo asked me for my hand in this amazing location to say the least. All excellent: staff, rooms, services, breakfast, dinner, outdoor environments, furnishings, design. I was also lucky enough to shake hands with Canavacciuolo who proved to be a humble and courteous person. Congratulations to Antonino and all his team ... I felt like a real princess!

We had a wonderful time there enjoying the view and the quietness of the place, the lake beach and the swimming pool. We can’t wait to come back!
