Contrariamente alle recensioni che ho letto sono stato messo subito in contatto con il collaboratore addetto all'assistenza che mi ha fissato un appuntamento per l'apertura di stamattina.Sono stato ricevuto dal sig. Dario Giordano, che ringrazio,che ha immediatamente preso in carico la mia vettura.Ho ricevuto un servizio competente, puntuale e professionale oltrechè gentile per il quale non posso far altro che ringraziare . La Range Rover evoque è un’ottima auto ma pur di non avere a che fare con la Nuova sport car, sono costretto a cambiare auto. Potrei raccontare decine di eventi spiacevoli che mi sono accaduti ma ritengo che non sia il caso. Semplicemente sconsiglio la nuova sport car. Ho già segnalato alla casa madre land rover quanto accaduto. I felt so bad, especially in the car / workshop assistance department, that I decided to change cars at the end of the lease. The Range Rover evoque is a great car but in order not to have to deal with the new sport car, I have to change cars. I could tell about dozens of unpleasant events that have happened to me but I think that is not the case. I simply do not recommend the new sport car. I have already reported what happened to the land rover parent company.

Evoque, un piccolo tappo in plastica del tetto dal costo di €20, che mi è stato rubato. Mi dicono che ordinano il pezzo subito e che sarebbe arrivato entro 7/10 gg. Dopo 10 gg chiamo il magazzino e mi dicono che non sanno nemmeno di che pezzo io stia parlando, che non è arrivato nulla e che probabilmente non è mai stato ordinato, tuttavia, mi chiedono di lasciare un recapito e che mi avrebbero ricontattato. Ovviamente dopo 15 gg nessuno mi ha contattato e nel giro di 4 gg ho contattato e ricevuto con spedizione, il pezzo dal magazzino ricambi di Catania alla stessa cifra di 20€. A mai più! e lo sconsiglierò a chiunque mi chieda! On February 3rd I go to the spare parts warehouse looking for a spare part for my R.R. Evoque, a small plastic roof plug costing € 20, which was stolen from me. They tell me that they order the piece immediately and that it would arrive within 7/10 days.
