P	Pietro Gizzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insieme a mia moglie da alcune settimane siamo in Sicilia per un periodo di vacanza, tutto procedeva bene quando improvvisamente nel corso del viaggio la nostra auto manifestava due problemi seri. Rientrati in Hotel, provvedevo a fare una ricerca su internet dove poter trovare un'officina in zona. Quindi chiamavo telefonicamente il Signor Bonura, dove dopo una serie di domande e risposte mi invitava nel recarmi il mattino successivo presso la sua officina, indicando come giungere in loco senza la necessità del carro attrezzi. Il giorno dopo, recatomi in officina con l'auto, il signor Bonura provvedeva a controllare l'auto mentre un impiegato procedeva nel redigere un documento, verificando i dati di proprietà e se tutto quanto fosse in ordine, al termine della procedura, ho potuto constatare:- " la professionalità di aver individuato le cause dei guasti. Ciò che in particolar modo mi ha stupito è stato il modo in cui hanno eseguito le riparazioni, avevano aperto una commessa e ogni attività eseguita nell'auto veniva registrata, sopratutto il tempo effettivamente impiegato, e se mancava un pezzo, scrivevano e timbravano con l'orologio la sospensione delle operazioni, cosa molto seria per cui veniva conteggiato il tempo effettivamente impiegato. Un ringraziamento particolare va a Daniele bravo nel trovare i ricambi, e poi che dire di Gaetano, bravissimo, veloce e pulito nel modo di lavorare, il prezzo? presumo corretto, hanno fatto il possibile per trovare i ricambi al miglior prezzo e farmi ripartire. Rimasti per una data cifra qualche giorno prima,mi ritrovo a pagarne un' altra senza che mi venga offerta una motivazione. Spero di non averne mai più bisogno. Ma la cosa più grave è che hanno rubato il gasolio dall'auto , una decina di litri in meno . Non ci torno nemmeno se resta l'unico meccanico aperto in tutta la Sicilia. Esco in bici. Ho chiamato ed è venuto un signore molto gentile e disponibile che a domicilio mi ha cambiato la ruota, con la ruota di scorta e si è portato quella bucata che mi ha riparato. È stato onesto perché mi ha tranquillamente detto che era possibile ripararla senza approfittare della situazione. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was lying on the ground with a flat tire. I called and a very kind and helpful gentleman came and changed the wheel at home, with the spare tire and he brought the wash that repaired me. He was honest because he quietly told me that it was possible to repair it without taking advantage of the situation.
