★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enorme delusione per avere acquistato una polo a metano che consuma in maniera esagerata con dei costi proibitivi dove purtroppo nella nostra realtà il metano non è ben accetto con una distribuzione non molto anzi per niente capillare niente da dire all’auto in se stessa ma bisogna essere documentati e bene informati prima di intraprendere questa strada pazienza è costata un bel po’ questa cattiva esperienza ma spero che servi a chi vorrebbe intraprendere codesta scelta buona vita…
Huge disappointment for having purchased a methane pole that consumes in an exaggerated way with prohibitive costs where unfortunately in our reality methane is not welcome with a distribution that is not very widespread indeed not at all capillary nothing to say to the car itself but you have to be well-informed and well-informed before taking this path patience this bad experience cost a lot but I hope it is useful for those who would like to undertake this good life choice ...

Interesting and well-assorted car fleet with very advantageous solutions and promotions for used and non-used cars. My personal experience in buying a guaranteed used car is absolutely positive, the preparation and professionalism of the sellers is at the level of the group, in particular of Mr. G. Von Service dieses Nutzfahrzeug Partners, in Palermo sind wir mehr als begeistert. Wir kamen ohne Termin mit einem Problem unserer Starterbatterie. Unser Ansprechpartner Francesco Parrino, begrüßte uns freundlich, in perfektem Englisch willkommen. Schnell und unbürokratisch wurde geklärt, dass es sich um einen Garantiefall handelt. Er und der Werkstattmeister Marco Buscemi führten eine Diagnose der Batterie durch. Diese wurde nicht nur gegen eine neue ausgetauscht, es wurde ohne Berechnung AdBlue und Bremsflüssigkeit geprüft und nachgefüllt. Ich würde mich nicht wundern, wenn auch noch der Ölstand geprüft wurde. Doch hier weiß ich, dass dieser stimmte. Danach wurden die Batterien (inklusive Campingbatterie) geladen. Um die Wartezeit zu überbrücken, stellte man uns kostenfrei einen VW Up zur Verfügung und gab uns Tipps für eine Besuch in Palermo. Während dessen erhielten wir Infos zur Bearbeitung per WhatsApp über das Handy unseres Ansprechpartners. Nach erfolgter Abwicklung gab es eine gemeinsame Probefahrt und zu guter Letzt noch ein paar Tipps zu Einstellungen unseres Discover Pro. Falls wir während unseres Aufenthalt auf Sizilien noch einmal ein Problem mit unserem Bulli hätte, sollten wir einfach eine Nachricht per WhatsApp senden. Wo gibt es noch so engagierte Mitarbeiter? Einfach perfekt!

We are more than enthusiastic about the service of this commercial vehicle partner in Palermo. We came without an appointment with a problem with our starter battery. Our contact person, Francesco Parrino, gave us a friendly welcome in perfect English. It was quickly and unbureaucratically clarified that it was a guarantee case. He and workshop foreman Marco Buscemi carried out a diagnosis of the battery. This was not only exchanged for a new one, AdBlue and brake fluid were checked and refilled without charge. I wouldn't be surprised if the oil level was checked as well. But here I know that this was true. Then the batteries (including the camping battery) were charged. In order to bridge the waiting time, we were provided with a VW Up free of charge and gave us tips for a visit to Palermo. During this time we received information about the processing via WhatsApp on the cell phone of our contact person. After the transaction was completed, there was a test drive together and finally a few tips on the settings of our Discover Pro. If we had another problem with our Bulli during our stay in Sicily, we should just send a message via WhatsApp. Where else can you find such committed employees? Just perfect!
