★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho acquistato un paio di catene da neve, nonostante abbia meticolosamente descritto la tipologia di auto e misura ruote mi sono state vendute delle catene non compatibili.
Tornato qualche giorno dopo al negozio il titolare, quasi indispettito, ha provato lui stesso a montarle.
Ebbene, non essendoci riuscito nemmeno lui nel montaggio ha continuato a sostenere che erano della misura corretta.
Non ho avuto il rimborso ma ho dovuto comprare altra merce di pari valore.
I bought a pair of snow chains, despite having meticulously described the type of car and wheel size I have been sold some incompatible chains.
When the owner returned to the shop a few days later, almost annoyed, he tried to assemble them himself.
Well, since he didn't succeed in editing either, he continued to argue that they were the correct size.
I didn't get a refund but I had to buy other goods of equal value.

I have even been given a present: a T-shirt with their logo. One of the nicest family business atmosphere I've seen. Thank you Gaetano!
