Sono stato servito nel miglior modo possibile nonostante l'orario. Professionalità, serietà e perché no, anche col sorriso che non guasta mai. È stata la prima volta ma di certo non l'ultima.

what to say, due to an unexpected commitment, I contact Ferdinando (son of Emanuele) asking if a cut was possible. All this at closing time. I was served in the best possible way despite the schedule. Professionalism, seriousness and why not, even with a smile that never hurts. It was the first time but certainly not the last.
