p	peter kemp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima locatie Wat lastig te vinden omdat de eigenaar geen bordje op de deur/poort heeft gedaan. Een viertal huisjes op een boomgaard met amandel, olijven en johannesbroodpit bomen. Laura spreekt redelijk engels en de huisjes hebben alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen. (ook een barbeque) Je hoort de weg een beetje maar verder zit je midden op het land, vlak bij de zee met een paar prachtige zandstrandjes. Lido di Noto is vlakbij maar daar is in mei nog weinig te doen :-) dus eenbiertje pakken op de boulevard moet je in het hoogseizoen of in het weekeind doen. Vlak bij Noto,, 32 km vanaf syracuse dus best een weekje uit te houden voor een schappelijke prijs Great location A bit hard to find because the owner did not put a sign on the door / gate. Four houses on an orchard with almond, olives and carob trees. Laura speaks reasonable English and the cottages have all the necessary amenities. (also a barbeque) You hear the road a bit, but otherwise you are in the middle of the country, near the sea with a few beautiful sandy beaches. Lido di Noto is nearby but there is little to do in May :-) so grab a beer on the boulevard during the high season or at the weekend. Close to Noto ,, 32 km from syracuse so it is best to stay a week for a reasonable price

Splendida accoglienza, nella piena tradizione siciliana. La consigliamo certamente a chi volesse venire in questa parte della Sicilia. Well-kept estate with apartments surrounded by olive and almond trees, just steps from the finest examples of Baroque and crystal-clear sea. Wonderful welcome, in full Sicilian tradition. We certainly recommend it to anyone wishing to come to this part of Sicily.

Avevo prenotato (e già pagato) questa struttura su booking con largo anticipo per 9 notti nel periodo di ferragosto e a poche ore dal check-in mi è stata cancellata la prenotazione per overbooking. È impossibile accorgersi di un errore del genere all'ultimo momento lasciando per strada due persone e rovinando loro l'intera vacanza senza neanche curarsene o proponendo un'alternativa.Se questa è serietà! State alla larga. I put a star because you can't do it any less. I had booked (and already paid) this property on booking well in advance for 9 nights in the mid-August period and a few hours after check-in my booking was canceled for overbooking. It is impossible to notice such a mistake at the last moment by leaving two people in the street and ruining them the whole holiday without even caring or offering an alternative. If this is serious! Stay away.

Ottima la wifi.la posizione è estremamente comoda come logistica poiché si trova nei pressi di punti di incrocio delle principali vie di comunicazione della zona. Ottime spiagge a pochi minuti. Il centro storico di Noto a pochi minuti. The property is well maintained, the bungalows immersed in an orchard of almond and olive trees. The open spaces are very enjoyable. Excellent wifi. The location is extremely convenient for logistics as it is located near the intersection points of the main communication routes in the area. Great beaches just minutes away. The historic center of Noto just a few minutes.

Le casette sono accoglienti e munite di tutti i confort, un'oasi di pace a due passi da Noto, Vendicari, Marzamemi, ed a poca distanza da città molto belle come Siracusa, Modica, Scicli ed i luoghi di Montalbano. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo le migliorie apportate, in particolare modo le verande, l'angolo cottura le docce esterne. La signora Antonella persona molto cordiale e discreta, saprà darvi le giuste indicazioni per trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile! Da questa esperienza ci sentiamo soddisfatti a cinque stelle ??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Grazie di tutto, sicuramente ritorneremo.... A lovely place to spend a truly relaxing holiday! The houses are welcoming and equipped with all comforts, an oasis of peace a stone's throw from Noto, Vendicari, Marzamemi, and a short distance from very beautiful cities such as Syracuse, Modica, Scicli and the places of Montalbano. We really appreciated the improvements made, especially the verandas, the kitchenette and the outdoor showers. Ms. Antonella, a very friendly and discreet person, will be able to give you the right information to spend an unforgettable holiday! From this experience we feel satisfied five-star ??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks for everything, we will definitely be back ....
d	davide lucioni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location carina e comoda per girare la zona, molti insetti soprattutto nella cucina esterna e sprovvista di alcuni servizi non essenziali ma presenti spesso (acqua potabile, pentole antiaderenti, moka funzionante ecc) Nice and convenient location to get around the area, many insects especially in the outdoor kitchen and lacking some non-essential services but often present (drinking water, non-stick pans, working moka etc.)

Nonostante l'aria condizionata, la dotazione delle case le rende dei bungalow da campeggio in muratura. Importante presenza di insetti e assenza di acqua potabile. Purtroppo le case mancano di alcuni utensili come pentole antiaderenti, moka funzionante. Molto penalizzante il timer dell'aria condizionata.
