★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe vor 3 Wochen eine Lampe bestellt und seitdem nichts mehr gehört! Im Bestellverlauf ist meine Bestellnummer unbekannt, auf Mails wird nicht reagiert! Der Betrag von über 400.-€ wurde allerdings bereits nach 3 Tagen abgebucht! Werde einen Anwalt einschalten!
Ordered a lamp 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything since! My order number is unknown in the order process, there is no response to emails! The amount of over 400.- € was debited after 3 days! Will hire a lawyer!

Ho ordinato tre lampade Artemide, approfittando di un'offerta promozionale. Al momento dell'acquisto il prodotto non era disponibile e la situazione si è prolungata di qualche giorno; pertanto ho chiesto conto via mail al servizio clienti, che mi ha prontamente risposto, rassicurandomi sui tempi un po' dilatati per la situazione generale legata al Covid.
Pochi giorni dopo ho ricevuto la mail che mi informava della consegna al corriere e la mattina seguente ho ricevuto i pacchi, con gli oggetti richiesti e la relativa documentazione.

I ordered three Artemide lamps, taking advantage of a promotional offer. At the time of purchase, the product was not available and the situation was prolonged by a few days; therefore I asked the customer service for an account via email, which promptly replied, reassuring me about the slightly extended times for the general situation linked to Covid.
A few days later I received the email informing me of the delivery to the courier and the following morning I received the packages, with the requested objects and the relative documentation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with other user, you buy a product and you get an automatic email saying that your product is out of the stock (no matter the product, Im afraid). To get more info you have to claim your product, after claim it I got an answer aking me to wait 10 days for deliver stock. I claimed after 12 days and still waiting for answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - It took a bit long to ship my order, however it's understandable given the Covod-19 times.
- The prices are definitely very competitive comparing to other similar on-line stores.
- Customer communication could be more efficient as sometimes it took many days to have an answer.
- All in all rather positive experience: I received the lamp I ordered (even though it took some weeks), and it's beautiful! Plus the shop provided me an extra discount for long waiting, that I appreciate!
