Ci sono anche a pochi km altri che prendono 30-40 % in meno senza fare nessun sconto. Basta chiedere un preventivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ attenti : mi hanno fornito un ricambio sbagliato e non c' e' stato verso di riavere i soldi : solo un buono di spesa equivalente da spendere entro 30 gg. Dopo una lunga trattativa , di tre richieste non potevano accontentarmi , ho lasciato che fossero loro a decidere cosa darmi in cambio merce : lampadine.

Li prende in mano il ragazzo, li guarda, li chiedo cortesemente di verifficarne i valori anche lui (io non sono un esperto) mi dice: ''un giorno potevo aiutarti, oggi non piu'' credo di aver capito per la vista ed era senza occhiali vabbe. Molto professionale, vabbe! Poi tende ad allontanarsi per andare a prenderli, mi fa: ''aspetta, credo di averli solo in vetro'' .. forse la spesa era troppo piccola per suo sforzo oppure vuoi raccontarmi che in un deposito cosi non tieni i fusibili in idea che li vendi Fulke e altri marchi con stessi fusibili e ricambi?? Daiii ragazzi :)) forse non ero di casa, la spesa era di pocchi euro, tutto quello che vuoi ma non tratti assolutamente un cliente cosi! Molto molto professionale, grazie del tempo perso inutilmente. Anche il nostro di tempo e prezioso, non solo il vostro! Complimenti
