Mi sono liberata non solo la schiena ma dormo meglio ed anche la digestione si è migliorata. Adesso continuo ad andare ad intervalli meno frequente, ma per lasciare degli tensioni nella nucca e le spalle, così per mantenimento. Drssa Gottardo is really good!
