Quando ho chiesto il prezzo della custodia per gli occhiali per acquistare una per la sorella me l'hanno regalata. Non è che sono un cliente da anni quindi era un gesto non dovuto da parte loro che ho molto apprezzato. The price of contact lenses is excellent. I also bought sunglasses for my child at a very competitive price. When I asked for the price of a spectacle case to buy one for my sister they gave it to me. It is not that I have been a customer for years so it was a gesture not due to them that I greatly appreciated.
C	Chiara Gazzarrini Tamburina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ abitando vicino al centro commerciale mi sono recata presso questo negozio circa due anni fa per fare lenti e montatura. sono una studentessa universitaria passo parecchie ore davanti a PC e tablet e ultimamente i miei occhi arrivavano a fine serata stanchi e da lontano la vista mi sembrava leggermente peggiorata, così mi sono detta meglio passare in negozio e sentire cosa mi consigliano. intanto la maleducazione della ragazza che mi ha accolto (capelli color carota), io parlavo e lei nemmeno mi guardava in faccia, gli ho spiegato i problemi che ultimamente riscontravo e mi ha liquidata con un "deve fare una visita oculistica io che vuole che le faccia?". beh dico al proprietario del negozio, che se questo é il personale che lei paga e che tratta i clienti in questo modo, fa prima a chiudere! una cosa vergognosa....mi guardo con il mio ragazzo che come me era a bocca aperta per l'atteggiamento dimostrato dalla "ragazza", e decidiamo di andare via. comunico al personale del negozio compreso responsabile che uno avete perso un cliente, due che se devo consigliare un negozio di ottica non é di certo il vostro, tre che al piano di sopra del vostro negozio sono stata ascoltata, seguita e consigliata e che tra una settimana avrò i miei nuovi occhiali. se cercate professionalità, gentilezza, e simpatia non li troverete di certo qui...consiglio mondovista al secondo piano del centro commerciale....??? living near the mall I went to this shop about two years ago to make lenses and frames. I inform the store staff, including the person in charge, that one of you lost a customer, two that if I have to recommend an optical shop it is certainly not yours, three that upstairs of your shop I was listened to, followed and advised and that between one week i will have my new glasses. if you are looking for professionalism, kindness, and sympathy you will certainly not find them here ... I recommend mondovista on the second floor of the shopping center .... ???

C	Cleo Mirra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco professionale e inconcludente, sono stata in altri negozi della stessa catena come quello di gran Roma dove trovo sempre professionalità e cordialità ma in questo davvero non mi sono trovata a mio agio, ho provato delle montature da sole ed oltre a non essere seguita e considerata ,inoltre ho riscontrato che il personale non segue nessuna sanificazione delle montature provate da me e da altri clienti che erano come me nel negozio… non lo consiglio Unprofessional and inconclusive staff, I have been in other stores of the same chain such as the one in Gran Roma where I always find professionalism and friendliness but in this I really did not find myself at ease, I tried some frames by myself and in addition to not being followed and considered, I also found that the staff does not follow any sanitization of the frames tried by me and by other customers who were like me in the shop ...
