C	Claudio Lucignano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia fidanzata mi ha comprato un paio di occhiali da vista della Rey-Ban che dirvi occhiali pessimi si rompe sempre la bacchetta lato destro mi hanno detto xk io mi toglievo gli occhiali con la mano destra dopo averle cambiate per la terza volta in un anno ho deciso di togliermi gli occhiali con la sinistra risultato? Identico la bacchetta lato destra si è rotta ugualmente e sapete come chiudendo semplicemente gli occhiali e ho notato che nn solo a me succede ma ho beccato un amico con lo stesso occhiale e con lo stesso difetto vi ritengo poco seri potevate avvisare che questa lente aveva qst problema non lo consiglio per nulla My girlfriend bought me a pair of Rey-Ban eyeglasses that tell you bad glasses always break the wand right side they told me xk I took off my glasses with my right hand after changing them for the third time in a year have I decided to take off my glasses with the left result? V	Venus Flower on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato non si possano mettere fulmini e saette,una stella è davvero troppa x la scarsissima assistenza post vendita e professionalità di molto dipendenti ,che per far acquistare un prodotto lo presentano in un modo e poi al ritiro è completamente diverso.Non ammettono il loro errore e quindi niente cambio .Anche il settore amministrativo non è migliore, Assistenza post vendita.......assente! Come consiglio andate altrove tanto i prezzi di altre catene come la loro,hanno più o meno gli stessi prezzi, ma di sicuro più professionalità! Sono entrato nel negozio Lama alle porte di Napoli per acquistare le solite lenti a contatto che utilizzo quotidianamente mi ha accolto il commesso Luca, gli ho comunicato il prodotto le gradazioni e quante scatole. Nel frattempo sono entrati dei clienti forse sue conoscenti al quale a prestato totale attenzione. Ho notato che invece di 4 scatole come richieste ne aveva prese solo due, gli ho ribadito quante me ne servivano ma la sua attenzione era totalmente altrove. La collega gli ha comunicato aiutandomi che me ne servivano 4 e non due. Successivamente stava registrando lo scontrino continuando a parlare con gli altri clienti e sempre con l aiuto della sua collega gli abbiamo fatto capire che doveva registrare la scheda fidelity oltre al codice fiscale. Nulla da fare e dovuta intervenire la collega per completare il pagamento. Ho pagato ma sfortunatamente una volta imbustato il tutto mi sono accorto che aveva sbagliato la gradazione di una coppia di Lenti,ho chiesto la sostituzione alla collega...lui ormai era in un altro mondo. Purtroppo per me era disponibile un solo pacco di lenti per l altro non c era la gradazione. Un buono non era possibile in quanto sarebbe stato su un foglio di carta straccia. Infine sono dovuto andare in un altro centro commerciale per la precisione Mandi per sostituire le lentine sbagliate. Ovviamente il venditore di zeppole non si e nemmeno scusato . Bad experience. Il dottore arrogante a livelli altissimi e in più ti arronza come se dovesse farti un piacere. Andavo da un macellaio la visita me la faceva sicuramente meglio di quell'incompetente.
