Nessuna tutela alla cliente!!! Ho dovuto per forza perdere €6,00 ho regalato...perché dovevo scegliere un altra cosa ....il pantalone era unico pezzo... Ho pregato magari un bonus ... Niente!!! Implacabile!!!! Mai più!!!!!! Tornerò !!! Il negozio è al centro commerciale Jambo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio sito all interno del centro commerciale di Mugnano (ex auchAn), ho comprato un vestito dopo averlo misurato in negozio, andava bene la taglia ma aveva un filo tirato nel collo. Così ne ho preso un altro uguale, stessa taglia, senza misurarlo di nuovo. A casa mi sono resa conto che in realtà era abbastanza più stretto così sono andata in negozio per cambiarlo con l altro misurato ma la commessa mi ha risposto che non cambiano coi saldi. Peccato non averlo detto prima, né aver consigliato di misurare cmq il vestito seppure uguale... Non ci tornerò più... Scorretti
Shop located inside the Mugnano shopping center (ex auchAn), I bought a dress after having measured it in the shop, the size was fine but it had a thread pulled in the neck. So I took another one that was the same, same size, without measuring it again. At home I realized that it was actually quite tighter so I went to the shop to change it with the other measured one but the saleswoman replied that they don't change with the balances. Too bad I didn't say it before, nor did I recommend measuring the dress, even if it was the same ... I won't go back there again ... Incorrect
