Very rude staff and above all without experience ever seen such a thing. I have been an h & m customer for several years and have never met such incompetent staff. At the checkout 6 people went ahead just because they had to activate the discount. Change staff

Someone needs to explain to the shop assistants that the t-shirts must be removed from the crutches in a more gentle way otherwise the collar will be ruined even before wearing them once. Thank you

È sviluppato su un unico livello che comprende i reparti Uomo Donna e Bambini.È ben fornito, il personale è gentile e affabile. È accessibile in sedia a rotelle ed ha due entrate che sbucano in due punti diversi del centro commerciale. È uno store abbastanza grande ma mai quanto quello di via Roma che si sviluppa su 4 livelli. In questo store non sono presenti i bagni.
This h & m is located in Afragola in the le porte di Napoli shopping center. It is developed on a single level that includes the men's, women's and children's departments, is well-stocked, the staff are polite and friendly. It is wheelchair accessible and has two entrances that lead out at two different points in the mall. It is a fairly large store but never as large as the one in via Roma which is spread over 4 levels. There are no bathrooms in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima scelta anche di taglie, unico intoppo che spesso i capi hanno i tarli e quindi dopo averli lavati non è possibile effettuare il cambio. Nell'insieme capi di abbigliamento ideali per occasioni di ogni genere.
Excellent choice of sizes too, the only hitch that garments often have woodworms and therefore after washing them it is not possible to change. Overall, ideal clothing for all kinds of occasions.
