★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partendo dalla casa cantoniera di San Marco si arriva facilmente a questo laghetto artificiale, il paesaggio tutt'intorno è affascinante. Incontrato una volpe, diverse marmotte e dei falchetti. Nei pressi della casa del guardiano c'è un tavolo da pic nic. Tutto molto pulito o e ordinato.
Starting from the roadman's house of San Marco you can easily reach this artificial lake, the landscape all around is fascinating. Met a fox, several marmots and hawks. There is a picnic table near the guardian's house. All very clean or tidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sbarramento artificiale che forma il lago della Val Mora. Per raggiungerlo il sentiero è molto facile parcheggiando in uno spiazzo al tornante numero 10. Da lì si scende per una strada in terra battuta che porta in circa 40 minuti alla diga. Intorno al lago è possibile fare Pic nic e prendere il sole. Ci si può avventurare in un bagnetto, ma anche a luglio l'acqua è molto fredda.
Escursione per tutti. Difficoltà nulla.
Ritornati al parcheggio se si sale di pochi tornanti la strada provinciale si arriva al Rifugio Passo San Marco dove si può pranzare.
Artificial barrier that forms the lake of Val Mora. To reach it the path is very easy to park in a clearing at the hairpin number 10. From there you go down a dirt road that takes about 40 minutes to the dam. Around the lake it is possible to have a picnic and sunbathe. You can venture into a bath, but even in July the water is very cold.
Excursion for everyone. Difficulty nothing.
Return to the parking lot if you climb a few bends the provincial road to the Rifugio Passo San Marco where you can have lunch.
