Arrivare ai laghi della zona richiede un buon allenamento, in quota è facile incontrare qualche marmotta e qualche stambecco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attraverso le abetaie che si spingono fino ai 1600 mt si raggiungono ampi spazi caratterizzati da pietraie, rocce e declini brulli. Paesaggi molto suggestivi dove incontrare strambecchi. Dalla val Gerola si può raggiungere Pizzo dei Tre Signori al confine di tre comuni Lombardi, Sondrio, Lecco e Bergamo.
