★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visti i pochi posteggi, per raggiungerlo consiglio di lasciare l'auto a Merano, prendere il treno che porta a Malles e da lì prendere il bus che porta a Rèsia...
Given the few parking spaces, to reach it I recommend that you leave your car in Merano, take the train to Malles and from there take the bus to Rèsia ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certamente è una curiosità che rende obbligatoria una sosta per una fotografia; ma sopra la superficie del lago vediamo il campanile e sotto? Due villaggi sommersi con circa 150 famiglie costrette ad andarsene con un indennizzo vergognoso senza poter fare alcunché per impedire la costruzione della diga. Già negli anni 50 i governanti badavano ad altro e cosi, di disastro in disastro arriviamo ai giorni nostri.
It is certainly a curiosity that makes a stop for a photograph mandatory; but above the surface of the lake we see the bell tower and below? Two submerged villages with about 150 families forced to leave with shameful compensation without being able to do anything to prevent the construction of the dam. Already in the 50s the rulers were looking after other things and so, from disaster to disaster we come to the present day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto tranquillo e con questo insolito campanile che si alza dalle acque del lago.. si resta un po stupiti a vederlo e poi si scopre che sotto le acque del lago c'è un paese con case bar chiesa e appunto questo campanile che è unico nel suo genere e che rende il luogo meta per turisti a tutte le stagioni! E il percorso ciclabile molto semplice e delimitato che o a piedi o in bici ti permette di trascorrere qualche ora nei pressi di questo lago!
Unica nota dolente che mi sento di precisare è l assoluta negatività dei prezzi delle calamite ricordo... 5 o 7 euro per una calamita... pazzesco!!! Non esiste!!
A parte questo andate a visitare questo luogo che per i più piccoli sembrerà magico.

Quiet place and with this unusual bell tower that rises from the waters of the lake .. you are a bit amazed to see it and then you discover that under the waters of the lake there is a village with houses, bars, churches and precisely this bell tower which is unique in the its kind and that makes the place a destination for tourists in all seasons! And the very simple and delimited cycle path that either on foot or by bike allows you to spend a few hours near this lake!
The only sore point that I would like to clarify is the absolute negativity of the prices of the souvenir magnets ... 5 or 7 euros for a magnet ... crazy !!! Does not exist!!
Apart from that, go and visit this place that for the little ones will seem magical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei luoghi più caratteristici del Trentino che però nasconde una storia triste legata agli anni del boom industriale italiano. Da visitare assolutamente il campanile sommerso dedicando circa 1 ora, così da camminare intorno e trovare lo scorcio più significativo per fare una foto. Il parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze è molto comodo anche se durante il periodo estivo non è semplice trovare posto. Ad avere tempo un camminata sul lungo lago in una bella giornata di sole è un passatempo piacevole
One of the most characteristic places in Trentino which, however, hides a sad story linked to the years of the Italian industrial boom.
