★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incantevole e grande lago, ai piedi del ghiacciaio omonimo., Raggiungibile percorrendo la splendida Val del Lares in circa 4 ore, oppure dal rifugio Carè Alto, passando per i laghi dei Pozzoni e le zone teatro della I Guerra Mondiale, ricche di resti storici, per ottimo sentiero, ben segnalato. In complesso una delle zone più interessanti e panoramiche della Val Rendena, che si snoda dal bosco di abeti e faggi di media montagna, fino ai pascoli e alle morene glaciali. Dominato da cime superbe come il Crozzon di Lares, il Crozzon del Diavolo, il Crozzon di Folgorida e, più lontani, il Corno di Cavento, il Monte Folletto e la Cima Carè Alto.
 Enchanting and large lake at the foot of the glacier of the same name. Reachable by taking the beautiful Val del Lares in about 4 hours, or from the Carè Alto refuge, passing by the Pozzoni lakes and the theater areas of World War I, rich in historical remains. for excellent trail, well signposted. All in all one of the most interesting and panoramic areas of the Val Rendena, which winds from the forest of firs and medium mountain beeches, to the pastures and glacial moraines. Dominated by superb peaks such as Crozzon di Lares, Crozzon del Diavolo, Crozzon di Folgorida and, further away, Corno di Cavento, Monte Folletto and Cima Carè Alto.
