Nel piccolo centro del paesino di San Giorgio a Liri, a pochi km da Cassino, c'è un bel parco che sorge intorno al laghetto formato dal fiume Liri. È un posto molto tranquillo e piacevole per trascorrere qualche ora di relax magari in una bella giornata soleggiata. L'acqua del laghetto è limpida e ha delle sfumature di verde incantevoli e spettacolari. Le piante intorno al laghetto sono perfette per ospitare molti uccellini che si sentono cantare nel silenzio del parco. Nonostante ci sia una strada molto trafficata poco lontano e che si senta il transito delle auto, si sta comunque molto bene.. non si ci fa caso, è un posto che mette serenità. Ci sono molte panchine per sostare in tranquillità...Molto bello e curato. Lovely place! In the small center of the village of San Giorgio a Liri, a few km from Cassino, there is a beautiful park that rises around the lake formed by the Liri river. It is a very peaceful and pleasant place to spend a few hours of relaxation perhaps on a beautiful sunny day. The water of the pond is clear and has enchanting and spectacular shades of green. The plants around the pond are perfect for hosting many birds that can be heard singing in the silence of the park. Although there is a very busy road not far away and you can hear the cars passing by, you are still very well .. you don't mind, it is a place that puts serenity. There are many benches to rest in peace ... Very nice and well-kept.

Acqua limpida e con la luce e la vegetazione sommersa si assiste ad un arcobaleno di colori che definirei surreale. Spettacolo ulteriore dato dal movimento della sabbia dovuto all'acqua che sgorga sotto di essa! Davvero stupendo! I have been diving in this pond and it was an experience I will never forget! Clear water and with the light and the submerged vegetation there is a rainbow of colors that I would define surreal. Further spectacle given by the movement of the sand due to the water that flows under it! Really gorgeous!
