★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chimato per ordinare un farmaco e la persona al telefono è stata molto cortese e quando dopo poche ore sono andata per ritirarlo mi ha servito una ragazza davvero gentile e solare. Una piacevole sorpresa visto la media del personale che si trova nelle altre farmacie.
 I called to order a drug and the person on the phone was very polite and when after a few hours I went to collect it, a really nice and sunny girl served me. A pleasant surprise given the average staff in other pharmacies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto spesso evito di fare recensioni negative in quanto bisogna sempre valutare momenti e circostanze, ma in questo caso non riesco a esimermi. Ragazzi molto giovani e fin qui ben venga, ma di una maleducazione, indisponenza e supponenza fuori da ogni logica possibile. Un anziano signore è stato trattato malissimo da questo "ragazzo" dietro al banco solo perché chiedeva il funzionamento del termometro digitale. Abito qui da poco ma non rimetterò mai più piede in questa farmacia! E onestamente a chi di dovere consiglierei maggiore controllo del personale!
Very often I avoid making negative reviews as you always have to evaluate moments and circumstances, but in this case I can't help but. Very young boys and up to now very welcome, but with a rudeness, indifference and arrogance beyond any possible logic. An elderly gentleman was treated very badly by this "boy" behind the counter just because he asked for the digital thermometer to work. I have recently lived here but I will never set foot in this pharmacy again! And honestly, I would recommend more staff control to those in charge!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo lasciare un commento molto negativo sul personale di questa farmacia. Farmacista estremamente maleducato,arrogante e sgradevole. In un luogo dove sarebbe fondamentale un 'servizio' al cliente é imbarazzante trovare una persona così maleducata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lafarmacia è la mia farmacia di zona e di riferimento. Ho visto recensioni negative riguardo il personale ma a me non risulta, sono sempre gentili e disponibili, danno anche consigli e non mi sono mai trovata in difficoltà. Prenotano medicinali in giornata e quindi per me è perfetta.
Lafarmacia is my local and reference pharmacy. I have seen negative reviews about the staff but I don't know, they are always kind and helpful, they also give advice and I have never found myself in difficulty. They book medicines on the same day so it's perfect for me.
