Hanno veramente di tutto e il personale è preparato, sempre disponibile a darvi ottimi consigli e anche sempre gentile e simpatico .....che di questi tempi non è scontato. Più di qualche volta sono entrato ed ho scoperto tante offerte....quindi entrate e chiedete, magari resterete stupiti! e se non trovate qualcosa di disponibile al momento faranno sicuramente di tutto per recuperarvi quanto vi serve e rendervi soddisfatti (hanno anche il sito internet con tanti servizi e offerte). Inoltre poter fare anche qualche acquisto serale, magari dell'ultimo minuto, facendo una bella passeggiata in centro dopo cena è veramente comodo (fatte salve ovviamente le restrizioni Covid). Dopo una giornata intera di telefonate a vuoto (o scattava la segreteria o era occupato) e una email a cui non ho avuto risposta, verso sera mi ha risposto una signora che mi ha buttato giù il telefono in faccia, dicendo che non prendevano prenotazioni telefonicamente... M	Mary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio e personale maleducato. Le prenotazioni per i tamponi non vengono prese adeguatamente tant'è che le mie sono svanite nel nulla. Mi è stato detto che mi avrebbero richiamata per chiarire la situazione ma al momento attendo ancora che il telefono squilli. Dal momento che si tratta di un loro errore mi sarei aspettata almeno delle SCUSE visti i disguidi creati ma questo non è avvenuto. Sicuramente non sono la sola a pensarla così visti i commenti e le esperienze di persone a me vicine. Il fatto che la telefonata da parte loro non sia mai arrivata fa capire il livello di attenzione e interesse verso il cliente. Una sola parola: INQUALIFICABILI. Bad service and rude staff. Questa me la chiamate voglia di lavore? A	Alessandro Castelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato oggi per chiedere informazioni riguardo un tampone, probabilmente avevano molto da fare ma comunque non la trovo una valida giustificazione per non ascoltarmi. Dopo qualche minuto di fila fuori dalla farmacia sono finalmente riuscito a parlare con una signora(farmacista) cercando di chiederLe informazioni, dopo qualche secondo (mente la signora continuava a camminare tutta impegnata per i fatti suoi) dal momento in cui ho iniziato a parlare, mi ha liquidato con un "siamo pieni non c'è posto" e mi ha lasciato lì senza nemmeno essere stato in grado di esporre il mio problema. Davvero pessimo. Spero vivamente che questo atteggiamento prima o poi gli si ritorca contro, sconsiglio vivamente, piuttosto fatevi qualche metro in più ed andate in un'altra farmacia nelle vicinanze. Quando chiamo o non risponde nessuno, o le informazioni che mi vengono date sono sbagliate. Volevo far finta di niente ma purtroppo non mi è possibile dopo tutto ciò. Sicuramente questa farmacia necessita di più attenzione verso il cliente. Li vuoi cinque garçon? Un casio? Tre moto? Bad experience! Never again!
