Da quando, mi chiedo, un servizio di cambio data sulla prestazione è diventato una perdita di tempo. Sono dovuto rivolgermi ad un'altra farmacia. Tempo impegnato dal farmacista 7 min. Deluso. Unfortunately I didn't have a great time. I had to cancel a reservation and then make a new one, but apparently they can't waste time. Ever since, I wonder, a performance date exchange service has become a waste of time. I had to go to another pharmacy. Time spent by the pharmacist 7 min. Disappointed.
E	Elizabeth Zambello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sabato 9 aprile ore 17.30 chiamo la farmacia per chiedere se posso andare a fare un test rapido. La signora/ragazza mi risponde di sì ma entro le ore 18.00, allora educatamente rispondo che se possibile sarei tornata domani essendo che avrei dovuto prepararmi per uscire e attraversare tutta la città all’ora di punta (con la pioggia) e che quindi non sarei riuscita ad arrivare in tempo. La voce femminile (senza sapere dove abito) mi risponde in maniera super maleducata ed esordisce con “Eh senta non siamo mica a Milano che deve attraversare tutta la città, prende, esce ed è qua in 15 minuti”. Io con molta tranquillità le rispondo che sarei andata da qualcuno di più cordiale. Mentre mi rispondeva urlando ho buttato giù la telefonata. Cara Signora, la sua frustrazione dovrebbe lasciarla a casa quando va a lavoro ed è a contatto con i clienti. Altrimenti cambi mestiere. Today Saturday 9 April at 5.30 pm I call the pharmacy to ask if I can go for a quick test. The lady / girl replies yes but by 6.00 pm, then I politely reply that if possible I would be back tomorrow being that I would have to prepare to go out and cross the whole city at rush hour (with rain) and therefore I would not be managed to arrive on time. The female voice (without knowing where I live) replies to me in a super rude way and begins with "Hey look, we're not in Milan that has to cross the whole city, take it, go out and be here in 15 minutes". I calmly reply that I would have gone to someone more cordial. As he yelled back at me, I dropped the call. Dear Madam, your frustration should leave you at home when you go to work and in contact with clients. Otherwise you change jobs.

All interno della Farmacia il personale è molto gentile e disponibile Purtroppo mi dispiace mettere 2 stelle, riguardo l'infermiera che operava al gazebo. Lho trovata sgarbata, quanto maldestra... Difatti, dopo un doloroso prelievo mi sanguinava il naso... very well organized. Inside the Pharmacy the staff is very kind and helpful. IL PREZZO PERFETTAMENTE IN LINEA CON IL MERCATO DELLE FARMACIE LA FARMACIA SPEIGA SEMPRE AI SUOI CLIENTI COME VANNO UTILIZZATI CORETTAMENTE ONDE EVITARE DI BUTTARE VIA I SOLDI INUTILMENTE E AVERE I RISULTATI FALSATI, SERVIZIO NON DA POCO THE PRICES OF THE AUTOTEST QUICK PADS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN € 10.90 INSTEAD OF THE DATABASE 12.00. THE PRICE PERFECTLY IN LINE WITH THE PHARMACY MARKET THE PHARMACY ALWAYS EXPLAINS ITS CUSTOMERS HOW THEY SHOULD BE USED PROPERLY IN ORDER TO AVOID THROWING MONEY AWAY AND HAVING FALSE RESULTS, NOT LITTLE SERVICE

Purtroppo mal organizzato, tanta coda in attesa (20 minuti, non sono tanti ma sono tante persone) con nessun controllo sul rispetto delle distanze interpersonali o gestione della fila. Con un intero parcheggio vicino tutte le persone sono ingrumate davanti al chiosco. Pessima esperienza per questo aspetto. I dealt with the drugstore only quick tampons side in mid-January. Unfortunately badly organized, a long queue waiting (20 minutes, not many but there are many people) with no control over respect for interpersonal distances or management of the queue. With an entire parking lot nearby, all the people are lined up in front of the kiosk. Bad experience for this aspect.
c	cristian alexe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle poche farmacie a Udine praticamente sempre aperta. i servizi alla persona eseguiti sempre in modo ottimale (la Telemedicina eccezionale, anche il servizio del blister portapillole settimanale per me utilissimo, la consegna a domicilio sempre pronta anche su richieste particolari, si trova sempre tutto in tempo reale o al massimo ordinando nelle 24h), e tutto questo contemporaneamente al servizio dei tamponi rapidi, dalla mattina alla sera tutti i giorni della settimana. personale super qualificato, il servizio al banco è completo sotto tutti i punti di vista (e sottolineo che le consulenze sulla cosmetica e sulla nutrizione sono a dir poco eccezionali). la farmacia Pelizzo supera sempre tutte le mie aspettative. Leggere recensioni di persone che si lamentano per i tempi di attesa lascia il tempo che trova. I farmacisti, cosi come i medici e gli operatori sanitari, in 2 anni di pandemia non hanno avuto vita facile. Gli intoppi capitano ovunque. Avere un po di pazienza dovrebbe essere il minimo. Called for a booking in January, they got back to me right away and were nice and helpful. Reading reviews of people complaining about waiting times leaves the time it finds. Pharmacists, as well as doctors and health workers, have not had an easy time in 2 years of the pandemic. Hitches happen everywhere. Having a little patience should be a minimum.
