C'è voluta una settimana solo per montare le finestre! Solo dopo nostre rimostranze hanno mandato un'altra squadra per montare le porte in fretta e furia e male! Dopo 6 mesi una porta Garofali ha avuto un rigonfiamento a causa di 2 gocce di condensa cadute dal condizionatore. Nessuna assistenza, né tanto meno sostituzione della porta. Se la voglio in ordine, la devo ricomprare! Sconsigliatissimi!!! Absolutely bad experience! To assemble 13 windows and French doors and 8 doors they sent only 2 workers! It took a week just to install the windows! Only after our grievances did they send another team to assemble the doors in a hurry and evil! After 6 months, a Garofali door swelled due to 2 drops of condensation falling from the air conditioner. No assistance, much less door replacement. If I want it in order, I have to buy it back! Not recommended !!!
A	Aniello Acampora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza sconsigliatissimo. Peccato perché le porte erano belle, ma l'assistenza è allucinante. Ho comprato delle porte scorrevoli che al momento del montaggio risultavano ben funzionanti ma dopo 1 anno hanno cominciato a deviare in un lato e quindi non scorrendo più dritte non entrano nell'alloggio per chiudere e quindi senza possibilità di chiudere a chiave per garantire la privacy agli ospiti. Chiamo l'assistenza la prima volta che vengono dopo un mese e lasciano il lavoro a metà pretendendo però tutta la cifra da pagare dicendo che sarebbero tornati a breve. Sono passati 3 mesi e ancora non sono tornati a sistemare le porte. Ogni volta che chiamo dicono che a breve mi contatterà il tecnico per l'appuntamento ma non l'hai mai fatto facendo passare 3 MESI. Prima richiesta di intervento il 5 novembre 2021 con intervento il 7 dicembre lasciato a metà... ad oggi 1 marzo 2022 ancora problema non risolto. Addirittura mi è stato dato un appuntamento per email e alla data indicata io sono rimasto a casa ad aspettare il tecnico mai venuto. ZERO SERIETÀ. Dicono che ad alcune porte può capitare ma guarda caso a me è successo a tutte, 4 su 4 di deviarsi in un lato quindi si tratta di materiali non di prima qualità come dicono. DELUSO È DIRE POCO. Peccato non poter dare 0 stelle. Bad experience highly discouraged. Too bad because the doors were nice, but the assistance is hallucinating. I bought some sliding doors that at the time of assembly were working well but after 1 year they began to deviate to one side and therefore no longer sliding straight they do not enter the accommodation to close and therefore without the possibility of locking to ensure privacy for the guests. I call for assistance the first time they come after a month and they leave their jobs halfway, but they expect the full amount to pay, saying they would be back shortly. It's been 3 months and they still haven't come back to fix the doors. Every time I call they say that the technician will contact me shortly for the appointment but you have never done so by spending 3 MONTHS. First request for intervention on 5 November 2021 with intervention on 7 December left halfway ... to date 1 March 2022 still unresolved problem. I was even given an appointment by email and on the date indicated I stayed at home waiting for the technician who never came. ZERO SERIOUSNESS. They say that it can happen to some doors but as it happens to me it has happened to all, 4 out of 4 to deviate to one side so these are not top quality materials as they say. DISAPPOINTED IS TO SAY LITTLE. Too bad not being able to give 0 stars.
