★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Artigiani...una volta. Ora non più! :-( Porto a riparare una piccola cornice di nessun valore. È però il primo regalo della mia bambina. Il titolare (uno di quelli che passa subito al tu anche se è la prima volta che ti vede, e non è quasi mai un buon segnale...) scuote la testa. Il vetro si potrebbe cambiare ma dietro c'è una mascherina di carta adesiva che a lui proprio non va di mettersi a cercare (ne andrebbe bene anche una qualsiasi, suggerisco, ma lui no). Basterebbe. Un salto in cartoleria, un lavoretto di mezzora ed ecco un nuovo cliente soddisfatto. Gli dico che il prezzo non è un problema ma niente... Alla fine si tradisce. Non ho tempo. Ecco spiegato tutto. Ma io non avrei fretta. Avrei atteso e pagato senza negoziare anche 10 volte il valore della cornice. Invece non c'è stato verso. Immagino che questa una volta fosse una bottega artigiana dove si lavorava con passione e amore. Oggi invece regna l'ottimizzazione di tipo industriale. Si venerano il tempo e la produzione. Non mi vedranno mai più nella vita. Peccato. La modernità ci ha regalato anche la libera concorrenza. E la rete per condividere le esperienze negative. Siete avvisati. Qui di voglia di impegnarsi per fare contento il cliente ce n'è pochissima.
