I prelievi li fanno spesso e "volentieri" senza guanti. Zero stelle. Spero sia stato un caso isolato ma devo riportarlo perché sono rimasto delusissimo. Ho chiamato il 6/11 alle 7 di mattina (appena aprivano) per prenotare un tampone molecolare. Mi hanno giustamente detto di scrivere alla apposita mail. L'ho fatto all'istante. Dopo 24h, non avendo ricevuto risposta, chiamo per chiedere se avevo inviato la mail all'indirizzo giusto. In maniera molto aggressiva e arrogante la signorina mi risponde, cito testualmente, che "non è che pretendete di mandare la mail la sera e ricevere risposta la mattina!". Faccio presente il motivo della chiamata, ovvero la conferma della correttezza della mail, e mi dice che "altrimenti sarebbe tornata indietro" senza neanche ripetermi la mail. L'approssimazione! Bene, avrà avuto una giornata impegnativa, magari il periodo è piuttosto denso di lavoro per via del covid. Respiro, ringrazio e saluto. Morale? Oggi è 16/11, sono dieci giorni che aspetto ancora la risposta. Alla faccia della cortesia e gentilezza. Sorry, I read all positive reviews but my experience with the call center was bad to say the least. I hope it was an isolated case but I have to report it because I was very disappointed. I called on 6/11 at 7am (as soon as they opened) to book a molecular swab. They rightly told me to write to the appropriate email. I did it instantly. After 24h, having not received an answer, I call to ask if I had sent the email to the right address. In a very aggressive and arrogant way, the young lady replies, I quote verbatim, that "you don't expect to send the email in the evening and receive an answer in the morning!". I point out the reason for the call, that is the confirmation of the correctness of the email, and tells me that "otherwise it would have come back" without even repeating the email. The approximation! Well, he must have had a busy day, maybe the period is quite busy due to the covid. I breathe, thank you and greet. Moral? Today is 11/16, I've been waiting for the answer for ten days. In the face of courtesy and kindness.
