Ho fatto un prelievo e, nonostante mi fossi assicurato al mattino sia con il titolare, con il biologo e con l'ufficio cassa, di ricevere l'esito entro le ore 12,00 al fine di comunicarlo ad un centro specializzato, tale valore mi è stato comunicato solo alle 16.30 a mezzo mail (almeno si fossero scusati!!). Poco professionali e assolutamente da evitare. Mai più!!
Very bad experience. I made a withdrawal and, despite being assured in the morning both with the owner, with the biologist and with the cash office, to receive the result by 12.00 am in order to communicate it to a specialized center, such value was communicated only at 16.30 by email (at least they had apologized !!). Unprofessional and absolutely to be avoided. Never again!!
