Il dott. Bellomo dopo averle controllate mi ha anche consigliato come riportare nella fascia di competenza alcuni valori eccessivi. I can't help but appreciate the times when I entrusted myself to the Bellomo laboratory, always polite and professional as well as being punctual in delivering results. Serviva a mia moglie la quale aveva prenotato per il giorno successivo, sabato 18 luglio 2020, un pacchetto di esami di routine a pagamento. In sala d'attesa c'erano due o tre persone. Dopo qualche minuto, è uscita dall'area interna una operatrice in camice bianco, età sopra la trentina, magra, capelli scuri, non alta, sguardo chiuso. Da dietro la vetrata del banco, ho spiegato il motivo della mia presenza e lei facendo una smorfia di disappunto, si è leggermente chinata sotto il banco e mi ha dato una confezione esclamando: "Eh, ma i contenitori si comprano in farmacia." Pur sorpreso da quel rimprovero, ho preso la confezione e sono andato via. Ma la mortificazione era insopportabile. Quindi sono tornato indietro e ho restituito il contenitore precisando che due mesi prima mi ero sottoposto ad analisi e una operatrice mi aveva dato spontaneamente un contenitore per le urine. Quindi pensavo fosse una dazione abituale. Il fatto stesso che ci sono confezioni disponibili sotto il banco rende plausibile la mia deduzione. In ogni caso, nei rapporti con gli utenti ci vuole tatto ed educazione. Ciò che non ho trovato in questa operatrice sgarbata. Per quanto mi riguarda, non fruiro' più dei servizi di questo centro. There were two or three people in the waiting room. After a few minutes, an operator in a white coat came out from the internal area, aged over thirty, thin, dark hair, not high, eyes closed. From behind the glass of the counter, I explained the reason for my presence and she, making a grimace of disappointment, bent slightly under the counter and gave me a package exclaiming: "Eh, but the containers are bought in the pharmacy." While surprised by that reproach, I took the box and went away. But the mortification was unbearable. Sono dispiaciuto nel leggere quello che è successo al dott. Tedeschi, ma credo sia stato un raro momento di "distrazione". Secondo la mia esperienza, non posso che elogiare il lavoro dell'unico laboratorio "storico" del nostro comune e invitare il personale a continuare, lavorando con serenità. It's been many years since the Bellomo Laboratory I use Casamassima and all the staff has always shown dedication and professionalism. I am sorry to read what happened to Dr. Germans, but I think it was a rare moment of "distraction." In my experience, I can not say enough about the work of the only "historical" laboratory of our community and invite staff to continue working with serenity.
