★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice welcome from the people at the clinique this morning . ALITALIA refused our embarkment today (back to France) because to we did only antigenic tests and the Clinique accepted to do our PCR tests and send the results to us the same day (tonight).. to help us fly the day after !Many thanks for their kind help, contrasting with very unpleasant Alitalia employees at the Bari Airport ! Very efficient laboratory !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed PCR test for flight. Very quick, staff spoke good English, very helpful, efficient. Walk-in without appointment at 1 pm, out by 1:20, results by email by 5pm. Couldn't be better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at the Laboratory Cusmai. Needed a PCR test for my flight to the US, had an appointment at 11am and results in my email by 5pm. No worrying about whether I would have it in time for my flights. Thank you to the friendly and helpful staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Doctor came to my hotel as I was staying at the Excelsior for work. I needed the test for work purposes. He was very patient and translated everything for me and answered all my questions. Then my results came in the same day. Great service and very professional. Thankyou

We came to Cusmay lab after another lab made a mistake and conducted the wrong test. We needed a Covid 19 PCR test and we were only a few hours before our flight back home . Without the results of the test we could not get on the airplane. They were very professional and nice and made sure that we got the results on time. They saved us a lot of trouble and money and we are very thankfull. e.
