Chiamo dieci volte spiego la situazione dichiaro di essere esente..mi fanno venire lo stesso dicendo che non ci sono problemi(e premetto che abito lontano) e dopo tanta strada non mi eseguono l esame perché a pagamento e negano anche della telefonata..addirittura offendendo! Dopo che ho parlato per ben tre volte con loro! Vergogna! Zero competence! Rude and rude! Io dovevo solo ritirare i referti ma sono dovuta andarci 2 volte (e come me anche un'altra persona in fila prima di me) perché avevano igienizzato e dovevamo aspettare 20 min. fuori, allora nn dite orario continuato 11 - 15 fate pausa dalle 12.30 alle 13.30 x i"gienizzazione". I know it's a good laboratory. I only had to collect the reports but I had to go twice (and like me also another person in line before me) because they had sanitized and we had to wait 20 min. outside, then don't say open hours 11 - 15 take a break from 12.30 to 13.30 for the "sanitation".

Siamo rimasti allibiti e sconcertati dalla maleducazione di chi ci lavora. Nonostante eravamo i primi ci hanno fatto aspettare che si prendessero il caffè e che si fumassero la sigaretta, chiedendoci tolleranza, in pratica dopo che hanno fatto i fatti loro siamo riusciti finalmente a fare il tampone, dopo un ora di attesa! The worst analysis laboratory in Taranto and its province! Those who work there are people who are not serious, arrogant and presumptuous!
