La voce automatica avverte che gli operatori sono occupati, ed in teoria qui dovrebbe partire l’attesa per essere inserito in coda alla call, mentre la voce automatica ti dice che gli operatori non sono disponibili e chiude la chiamata. Situazione recente, sto provando a chiamare da una settimana, ottenendo la stessa risposta. Calling them seems impossible! Mi riferisco al personale del front office, che si è rivelato altamente indisponente, arrogante e scorbutico. Ho formulato una semplice domanda con massima educazione e sono stato trattato con un atteggiamento di superiorità e antipatia senza precedenti. Ritengo che l'educazione sia un valore da preservare in ogni situazione per il bene comune, soprattutto in questi casi in cui ci si rivolge ad un centro medico per problemi di salute. I am referring to the front office staff, who were highly abusive, arrogant and grumpy. I formulated a simple question with utmost politeness and was treated with an attitude of unprecedented superiority and dislike. I believe that education is a value to be preserved in every situation for the common good, especially in these cases where one goes to a medical center for health problems. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!
