La cura per i dettagli, sia per quanto riguarda le informazioni che per il servizio offerto, e l’attenzione per il cliente è davvero apprezzabile. Non ha caso la mia valutazione finale è 5/5. Voglio comunque sottolineare la cortesia prestatami, proprio stamattina, dal personale al front-office.
I highly recommend this analysis laboratory. Attention to detail, both in terms of information and the service offered, and attention to the customer is truly appreciable. It doesn't matter if my final evaluation is 5/5. I want to emphasize, however, courtesy lent, just this morning, the staff at the front-office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla reception sono ottusi. Per prenotare il tampone rimandano al sito ma nel mio caso non è possibile prenotare dal sito. Dopo aver perso tempo alla reception me ne sono andato a Trani a farlo. Ottusi solo un aggettivo.
At the reception they are obtuse. To book the tampon refer to the site but in my case it is not possible to book from the site. After wasting time at the reception I went to Trani to do it. Dull only one adjective.
