A	Anna De Menna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo il mio giudizio positivo che avevo per questo laboratorio è diventato pessimo! Dopo aver preso appuntamento di mercoledì per far venire l'infermiere a casa per mio padre disabile che doveva fare le transaminasi cardiache l'infermiere la mattina non si è presentato a casa e dal laboratorio non ci hanno avvisato, abbiamo dovuto chiamare noi per sentirci dire che l'infermiere non sarebbe venuto causa febbre e che ci avrebbero fatto sapere il prossimo appuntamento. Il giorno dopo (giovedì) ci dicono che solo lunedì può venire l'infermiere e purtroppo mio padre il Venerdì ci ha lasciato con un infarto!!!!!!!!! Erano enzimi cardiaci quindi si presume una certa urgenza! Per logica dovevano darci la priorità rispetto ad altre persone considerando che mio padre era anche disabile!!!!! Unfortunately my positive opinion that I had for this laboratory has become very bad! After making an appointment on Wednesday to have the nurse come home for my disabled father who had to do cardiac transaminases the nurse did not show up at home in the morning and they did not notify us from the laboratory, we had to call us to be told that the nurse would not come because of a fever and that they would let us know about the next appointment. The next day (Thursday) they tell us that only the nurse can come on Monday and unfortunately my father on Friday left us with a heart attack !!!!!!!!! They were cardiac enzymes so some urgency is assumed! Logically they had to give us priority over other people considering that my father was also disabled !!!!!
E	Edoardo Diana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente brutto che vadano a lucrare su una cosa così importante come i tamponi, ti richiedono la tariffa da 25€ senza dirti che ovviamente i 5€ sono un prezzo che paghi in più per avere un tipo di analisi diversa, e che quindi quello normale costa 20€. Cercare di prendersi 5€ per ogni cliente può essere un tecnica tanto fruttuosa quanto triste… Really bad that they go to profit on something as important as tampons, they ask you for the € 25 rate without telling you that obviously the € 5 is a price you pay more for a different type of analysis, and therefore the normal one costs € 20. Trying to take € 5 for each customer can be a technique that is as fruitful as it is sad ...

Ho richiesto invio referto urgente che doveva arrivare nel pm e da 4 giorni nn è arrivato niente!!! Pessimi They never answer the phone !!!! They left me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up. I requested an urgent report that had to arrive in the pm and nothing has arrived for 4 days !!! Bad
