Purtroppo, la distrazione dell'addetto all'accettazione,ha fatto sì che il laboratorio eseguisse solo una parte degli esami richiesti (nonostante io mi fossi recata con un foglio dove erano elencati tutti gli esami da fare, lui ne ha trascritti solo alcuni).
Ciò mi costringerà a ripetere il prelievo, cosa non semplice per un bambino, ovviamente in un'altra struttura.
Aggiungo inoltre, che per colpa di questo errore ho dovuto annullare un'importante visita prenotata mesi prima, poiché era necessario avere il quadro completo degli esami.
Consiglio vivamente di assumere personale più attento ed efficiente e aggiungo anche gentile.
I went to this laboratory to take a blood sample from my 5 year old daughter. Unfortunately, the distraction of the receptionist meant that the laboratory only performed a part of the required tests (although I had gone with a sheet where all the tests to be done were listed, he only transcribed some).
This will force me to repeat the blood sample, which is not easy for a child, obviously in another facility.
I also add that because of this error I had to cancel an important visit booked months before, since it was necessary to have the complete picture of the exams.
I highly recommend hiring more attentive and efficient staff and I add polite too.
