Perfettamente organizzato, tutto il lavoro si svolge tutto nel rispetto di una catena di ruoli, anche per i semplici prelievi del sangue. La signora alla reception è sempre molto disponibile, così come Ilaria. La dottoressa che si occupa dei prelievi ha le mani d'angelo e i referti sono sempre chiari ed attendibili. Non mi fido che di loro. Grazie per la sensazione di sicurezza che trasmettete a noi pazienti. At the Centro Morgagni "professionalism" is the watchword. Perfectly organized, all the work takes place in full respect of a chain of roles, even for simple blood samples. The lady at the front desk is always very helpful, as is Ilaria. The doctor who takes care of the withdrawals has angel hands and the reports are always clear and reliable. I don't trust them. Thank you for the feeling of security you transmit to us patients.

Ho sempre avuto difficoltà con altri ambulatori e anche in vari ospedali, ma lei è BRAVISSIMA For years I have been taking blood samples and I feel good. Mi hanno detto che avrebbero rimediato all'errore ma sulla piattaforma risulta ancora che sono positivo. Meriterebbero una bella denuncia. They accidentally communicated to the ASL that I tested positive but on my report I tested negative. They told me they would fix the error but on the platform it still appears that I am positive. They deserve a good complaint.

Well organized center offers "different services" Dialysis .. laboratory analysis, specialist visits are performed, and lately rapid swabs and molecular swabs for Covid-19 are performed .. kind and helpful staff.

Nonostante le problematiche dovute al Covid il personale amministrativo all'ingresso è sempre attento a garantire la sicurezza di tutti i pazienti. Il viaggio da Roma ne è valso la pena. Grande mancanza di professionalità, offrono un servizio che non sono in grado di gestire (referti in lingua inglese). The staff spoke English well and understood what we needed, and were VERY accommodating. We received our results through email the evening of the following day. For any travelers in need of a testing location in the Benevento area, I recommend this one immensely. Very professional and efficient.
