★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina ho contattato gli operatori dell'Electra Sannio per la mia utenza. Mai come quest'anno ho trovato persone meravigliose per professionalità, cortesia, umanità, oltre che livello di problem solving eccellente!
Ora noi utenti abbiamo a disposizione anche un numero whatsapp a cui inviare le ricevute di pagamento ( come ho fatto io stamane per il bollettino 2022 ) e per chiedere assistenza.
Al contrario del Comune di Benevento ed altri enti locali, dove mi sono sempre dovuta alterare e minacciare di adire vie legali per essere considerata. Prendessero tutti esempio dal personale dell'Electra Sannio! Se conoscessi i nomi degli operatori con cui mi sono relazionata, darei 10 loro stelle!!
This morning I contacted the Electra Sannio operators for my users. Never like this year have I found wonderful people for professionalism, courtesy, humanity, as well as an excellent level of problem solving!
Now we users also have a whatsapp number to send payment receipts to (as I did this morning for the 2022 bulletin) and to ask for assistance.
Unlike the Municipality of Benevento and other local authorities, where I have always had to alter and threaten to take legal action to be considered. Everyone would take an example from the staff of Electra Sannio! If I knew the names of the operators with whom I related, I would give them 10 stars !!
