★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È già la seconda volta che ritorno per poter effettuare #un'esame del #sangue con #esenzione e mi viene #respinta.
La prima volta mi dicono che non è indicata la motivazione, la seconda vogliono vedere il "foglio" dell'esenzione che dovrei aver richiesto per #disoccupazione, mentre sono esente comunque in questi casi (secondo loro, #IO devo sapere se l'impegnativa è #compilata bene e le cose mi vengono #comunicate una alla volta...). Dovrò nuovamente tornare dal mio #medico ed effettuare la correzione. È successo anche tempo fa a mia suocera, che però aveva tutte le "carte" in regola... Avevano semplicemente sbagliato (A loro può succedere...) Molto probabilmente vogliono farci scegliere l'opzione a #pagamento da #privato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato per la prima volta a fare il prelievo del sangue con l'impegnativa del medico curante nello stesso giorno la mattina mi hanno prelevato il sangue il pomeriggio ho avuto già le risposte pronte tutto in giornata i prelievi vengono fatti con accesso diretto ogni giorno dalle 7 alle 10 il Sabato dalle 7 alle 9 poi per informazioni è attivo il servizio di segretteria.
Per chi vuole le risposte possono scaricarli dal PC di casa è stampare da soli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno 14, mi sono recata per fare un prelievo urgente a mia figlia di 6 mesi. Sono stata mandata dal pediatra proprio li per poter avere anche dei risultati immediati. Ho chiamato alla mattina per essere sicura che glielo avrebbero fatto. Mi è stato risposto di si. Durante l'accettazione in sala d'attesa, ho sentito le due infermiere che si lamentavano del fatto che sarebbe venuta una bambina piccola, giudicando l'accaduto con parole inappropriate. Al momento ho lasciato perdere. Poi quando è toccato il mio turno, si sono rivolte scocciate, in malo modo e per niente professionali. Gli ho riferito codeste parole e me ne sono andata. È stato vergognoso. Due infermiere pagate dovrebbero fare il loro lavoro con professionalità e non permettersi di parlare ad alta voce durante il lavoro senza neanche preoccupandosi se qualcuno sentisse e giudicare la scelta di una mamma mandata dal pediatra e che ha telefonato prima di venire. Una lettera di richiamo ve lo meritate!

During the reception in the waiting room, I heard the two nurses complaining that a little girl would come, judging what had happened with inappropriate words. At the moment I gave up. Then when it was my turn, they turned away annoyed, badly and not at all professional. I told him these words and I left. It was shameful. Two paid nurses should do their job professionally and not allow themselves to speak loudly at work without even worrying if anyone would hear and judge the choice of a mother sent by the pediatrician and who called before coming. You deserve a letter of reminder!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stata 3 volte nel corso degli ultimi anni e mi sono sempre trovata bene. I tempi di attesa per i prelievi sono brevi (o nulli, se si arriva presto), si hanno le risposte in giornata e le infermiere sono brave e veloci, mi hanno sempre preso la vena al primo colpo. Anche in accettazione sono gentili e veloci.
I have been there 3 times over the past few years and have always enjoyed it. The waiting times for withdrawals are short (or zero, if you arrive early), you have the answers in the day and the nurses are good and fast, they always took my vein on the first try. Also in acceptance they are kind and fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avete da fare un prelievo rel.urgente ..nn perdete tempo con questo centro! Accettano solo i prenotati e poi possono esaurire i contingenti ad es. Anche alle 9:20...e nn vi prendono più, anche se l'orario prelievi è FINO ALLE h 10:00!!!
If you have a rel.urgent sample to do ..nn waste your time with this center! They accept only those booked and then they can run out of quotas eg. Even at 9:20 ... and they take you no more, even if the pick-up time is UNTIL 10:00 am !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi darei zero stelle. Ho chiamato ieri e mi hanno detto che se mi presentavo senza appuntamento entro le 9.00 avrei potuto fare gli esami del sangue. Arrivata alle 8.10 una signorina mi dice che per oggi non prendevano più persone ma ieri al telefono nessuno mi ha parlato di limiti di numero altrimenti avrei prenotato (anche se non volevo essere vincolata a un orario). Inoltre non mi sono state proposte altre soluzioni: un appuntamento, una deroga visto che erano stati loro a darmi info sbagliate al telefono....Lunedì erano chiusi per un guasto... a questo punto sono andata in un altro laboratorio dall'altra parte della città e ho risolto subito.
Mi dispiace perché in passato mi ero trovata bene ma dopo quest'esperienza non lo consiglio per niente.
If I could I would give it zero stars. I called yesterday and they told me that if I showed up without an appointment by 9.00 I could have blood tests. When I arrived at 8.10 a young lady told me that for today they no longer took people but yesterday on the phone no one spoke to me about number limits otherwise I would have booked (even if I did not want to be bound to a time). Furthermore, no other solutions were proposed to me: an appointment, a derogation since they were the ones who gave me wrong info on the phone ... Monday they were closed due to a breakdown ... at this point I went to another laboratory from the other part of the city and I fixed it right away.
I'm sorry because in the past I had enjoyed it but after this experience I don't recommend it at all.
