★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile e disponibile. Operatori molto bravi nel fare i prelievi, tanto da non sentire nemmeno il pizzico dell'ago. Possibilità di prenotazione on-line per evitare code. L'unica pecca è forse il parcheggio non sufficientenente capiente.
 Friendly and helpful staff. Operators very good at taking samples, so much so that they don't even feel the pinch of the needle. Possibility of online booking to avoid queues. The only flaw is perhaps the not large enough parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho portato la mia figlia di 7 anni per un prelievo per la prima volta. L'infermiere Diego è stato eccezionale....ha spiegato con pazienza e con parole semplici tutto quello che dovrà fare . Con la serenità e la collaborazione la mia figlia accettato di fare il prelievo uscendo molto soddisfatta.
Complimenti a Diego per la sua professionalità e umanità verso piccoli pazienti.

Today I took my 7 year old daughter for a first time withdrawal. Nurse Diego was exceptional .... he explained with patience and in simple words everything he will have to do. With the serenity and collaboration my daughter agreed to do the sample and left very satisfied.
Congratulations to Diego for his professionalism and humanity towards little patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio veloce, specialmente con prenotazione online. Tolgo però una stella perché sono già due volte che mi rifiutano degli esami ( diversi ogni volta) con il SSN proponendomi di pagare la tariffa intera..... Per l'orario di presentazione tenere conto che potrebbe esserci qualche problema di parcheggio nelle prime ore.
Fast service, especially with online booking. However, I take away a star because I have already been refused exams twice (different each time) with the SSN proposing to pay the full rate ..... For the presentation time, take into account that there could be some parking problems in the first ones hours.

Stamattina mi sono sottoposta al PAP _TEST.Sono una persona con grave disabilità motoria.L operatrice è stata di una professionalità e di un'umanità straordinarie. Mi ha assistito con una gentilezza commovente..GRAZIE!!!
16.03.2022 I called last week to book a PAP test. The operator who answered me, Sara, was extremely kind and efficient. My warmest thanks. I felt compelled to review again given her deserving kindness.
This morning I underwent the PAP _TEST. I am a person with severe motor disability. The operator was of extraordinary professionalism and humanity. He assisted me with a touching kindness .. THANKS !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo modificare la recensione perché c'è qualcosa che non torna, e mi auguro non lo facciano appositamente ma fate attenzione. Dopo qualche mese, improvvisamente, non hanno più accettato la mia ricetta con esenzione, facendomi pagare le analisi e sostenendo fosse cambiato il codice inserito dal medico di base. Peccato che subito dopo ho controllato e il codice era identico a quello delle ricette precedenti, sempre accettate. Non serve aggiungere altro.
Ottima struttura ed organizzazione, condivido però le osservazioni in merito alla mancanza di privacy durante l'accettazione. Chiunque, anche dall'altra parte della stanza, può sentire tutto. Forse basterebbe un divisorio o dei pannelli che possano separare gli sportelli dallo spazio dove si attende il proprio turno. Inviterei anche qualcuno a controllare di tanto in tanto che le persone sedute indossino correttamente la mascherina, anziché abbassarla sotto al naso.
I have to edit the review because there is something wrong, and I hope they don't do it on purpose but be careful. After a few months, suddenly, they no longer accepted my prescription with exemption, making me pay for the tests and claiming that the code entered by the general practitioner had changed. Too bad that immediately after I checked and the code was identical to that of the previous recipes, always accepted. There is no need to add more.
Excellent structure and organization, but I agree with the observations regarding the lack of privacy during acceptance. Anyone, even across the room, can hear everything. Perhaps a partition or panels would be enough to separate the doors from the space where you await your turn. I would also invite someone to check from time to time that people seated are wearing the mask correctly, rather than lower it under the nose.

Sono incappato in una mattina di folla ma ho pazientemente atteso il mio turno,e nonostante l'insofferenza di alcuni personaggi nevrotici e arroganti nei confronti delle signorine in accettazione, la loro gentilezza e pazienza è stata ammirevole. Altrettanto posso dire dell'infermiere al prelievo . Serio, impeccabile e professionale. Precedentemente ero capitato con l'altra infermiera e già avevo apprezzato la stessa gentilezza e la disponibilità.
Normalmente mi sarei limitato a mettere 5 stelle. Ma leggendo alcune recensioni di dubbia moralità ho ritenuto corretto esprimere il mio dissenso nei confronti di chi scrive tali recensioni e la mia solidarietà e ammirazione a persone che lavorano in condizioni di pandemia ( con tutte le difficoltà che già comporta lavorare con il pubblico) in cui viene a mancare ogni rispetto per chi sta lavorando al servizio delle persone.
Ripeto , servizio eccellente.
Excellent service. I ran into a crowded morning but I patiently waited for my turn, and despite the intolerance of some neurotic and arrogant characters towards the accepting ladies, their kindness and patience were admirable. The same can be said of the nurse at the sampling. Serious, flawless and professional. Previously I had happened with the other nurse and I had already appreciated the same kindness and availability.
Normally I would have just put 5 stars. But reading some reviews of dubious morality I thought it correct to express my dissent towards those who write such reviews and my solidarity and admiration to people who work in pandemic conditions (with all the difficulties that already entails working with the public) in which there is no respect for those who are working at the service of people.
Again, excellent service.
