 Very kind and highly qualified staff. They are very fast but especially very good. I got the contact through my brother who was very satisfied with his. And I must say that he was absolutely right. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un cambio repentino di programma( lutto e funerale) ho anticipato ad oggi i prelievi di routine che la mia mamma di 86 anni disabile ( cammina con sussidio ma ha regolare disabilità certificata) svolge periodicamente, non ho trovato il posto per la prenotazione( che faccio sempre) ho creduto che la disabilità le desse comunque una priorità e non la costringessero ad attendere in fila come invece è successo, perché a detta della signora impiegata la disabilità è intesa solo se muniti di carrozzina !!!!! A me sembra una vera idiozia!
For a sudden change of program (bereavement and funeral) I anticipated the routine withdrawals that my 86-year-old disabled mother (she walks with a subsidy but has regular certified disability) carries out periodically, I have not found the place for the reservation (which I always do) I believed that the disability gave her a priority anyway and did not force her to wait in line as it did, because according to the lady employed the disability is intended only if equipped with a wheelchair !!!!! It seems to me a real idiocy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia recensione riguarda il punto prelievi di castel mella. Personale sempre molto gentile e cortese. Da menzionare alla reception Laura, che non perde mai la pazienza anche se dovrebbe! Bella la possibilità della prenotazione appuntamento on line.
My review concerns the withdrawal point of castel mella. Staff always very polite and courteous. To mention at the reception Laura, who never loses her patience even though she should! The possibility of booking an appointment online is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non danno priorità ai bimbi anche se é scritto sul sito. Avrei dovuto aspettare qualche ora con mia figlia di 3 anni in braccio tra tanti potenziali, probabili, malati. Sono andato al poliambulatorio di via Corsica dove c'è il punto prelievo pediatrico... nessuna coda!
They do not give priority to children even if it is written on the site. I should have waited a few hours with my 3-year-old daughter in my arms amidst so many potential, probable, sick people. I went to the clinic in via Corsica where there is the pediatric collection point ... no queue!

Ho prenotato online con facilità. Tra accettazione e prelievo sono stata nella struttura per meno di dieci minuti. Velocissimi e professionali. Consiglio vivamente!
The girl on admission was super nice and also gave me precise explanations on an exam that I will have to do in a few weeks, avoiding me arriving unprepared and with the wrong medical prescription. I booked online with ease. Between check-in and pick-up I was in the facility for less than ten minutes. Very fast and professional. I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comoda la prenotazione on line. Forse si dovrebbe pensare ad una specie di corsia per chi ha l'appuntamento perchè quando si arriva si trova la coda di chi si presenta senza appuntamento. È un po' imbarazzante dover passare davanti perchè sembra di voler saltare la coda. Orario rispettato. Prelievo veloce e professionale. Comodo anche il referto online. Consiglio di verificare sul sito, prima della data indicata per il ritiro, se il referto è già stato messo perchè capita che riescano a pubblicarlo in anticipo. Il che è ancora meglio.
Convenient online booking. Perhaps you should think of a kind of aisle for those who have an appointment because when you arrive you will find the queue of those who show up without an appointment. It is a bit embarrassing to have to pass in front of it because it seems to want to skip the queue. Time respected. Fast and professional withdrawal. The online report is also convenient. I recommend checking on the site, before the date indicated for collection, if the report has already been posted because it happens that they are able to publish it in advance. Which is even better.
