Beh mi ha risposto la signora ELISA con le seguenti parole ! ((((Non serve che mandi ogni due ore la richiesta , intasa solo la casella postale, prima di lei c’è ne sono altre da evadere , , quindi devi aspettare il suo turno )))) beh che dire , complimenti al tempo sprecato che ha avuto da dedicarmi così tante parole !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dire che il servizio è pessimo è un complimento, centralino inesistente, ho chiamato 20 volte in una giornata per il cambio medico senza avere una risposta.
Poi quando vai la per qualsiasi altra cosa vedi gli operatori cazzeggiare e parlare tra di loro, siete dei parassiti nullafacenti che rubano soldi. Se fosse per me vi manderei a spaccare le pietre tutto il giorno.
To say that the service is bad is a compliment, switchboard non-existent, I called 20 times in a day for a doctor change without getting an answer.
Then when you go there for anything else you see the operators fooling around and talking to each other, you are a no-nonsense parasite stealing money. If it were up to me I would send you to break stones all day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo per avere informazioni sull esenzione mi hanno fatto fare una coda di 20 persone(con una bimba di un anno con me) per dirmi che servivano fotocopie dei documenti e ricevuta della domanda di disoccupazione. Ritorno per fare l esenzione e dopo un estenuante coda mi mandano via perchè l operatrice insiste volere la DID. Incompetenti aggiornatevi!!! I percettori di indennità di disoccupazione (NASPI) non devono rilasciare la DID perché la domanda di NASPI effettuata all'INPS (online o attraverso un patronato) corrisponde già alla DID.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segretarie dell’ufficio per la scelta del medico arroganti e prepotenti.
Dopo che fai un’ora di coda ti liquidano perché non hai un foglio che sul sito internet non c’è scritto di avere: foglio che attesti che il medico precedente non lo hai più.
Chi distribuisce i numeri dovrebbe chiedere subito se si ha tutta la documentazione così non si fa aspettare la gente 3 ore avendo preso anche un permesso da lavoro.
Oltretutto bisogna andare solo in presenza e senza appuntamento.
Nel 2022 ancora dietro scartoffie e senza procedure online, svegliatevi.
