Tre quarti d' ora di fila per poi sentirmi dire che i miei esami secondo lei non erano urgenti e non andavano faatti di sabato. Le spiego che era già la terza avolta che venivo rimandata a casa perché c' era troppa gente e che mi era stato detto che potevo venire anche di sabato. Scortesemente mi spiega perché non era possibile farli e mi liquida altretanto scortesemente. Gli esami li ho sempre fatti da loro, peccato, andrò da un'altra parte Never again. Personale gentile e cortese e cosa importantissima, non mi è mai rimasto un livido sul braccio (nonostante sia difficoltoso a volte trovarmi la vena), gestione ottima delle cose anche con le limitazioni covid. E referti online già dal pomeriggio, comodo per chi come me odia tornare per ritirarli. I am very happy, I only go to them in recent years (and I go at least 2/3 times a year). Kind and courteous staff and very importantly, I have never had a bruise on my arm (although it is sometimes difficult to find the vein), excellent management of things even with covid limitations. G	Gazo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rimango sbalordito come nel 2022 per prenotare un prelievo (tra l'altro, in mezzo ad una pandemia) ci si debba recare DI PERSONA a prendere appuntamento dalle 10 alle 16 (prendendo permessi da lavoro...). Ho ripiegato su un altro studio in cui ci si può recare senza appuntamento e non in orario da lavoro. Arrivata li alle 07:30 mi sento dire che a causa di un black out sono costretti a rimandare l'appuntamento. Nonostante il disagio mi mostro comprensiva e fisso un appuntamento per oggi, martedì.,senza far polemica e insisto per lasciare il mio numero di cellulare per avvisarmi nel caso in cui il problema fosse pedurato. Oggi, martedì, come d'accordi arrivo li alle 7:25. STESSO PROBLEMA!!! Chiedo il perché non sono stata avvisata telefonicamente e mi viene risposto che senza luce non funzionano i telefoni ?.. Ma nessuno di loro ha un cellulare con cui avvisare i clienti che hanno preso appuntamento magari impostando l'anonimo???? Chiedo di fare il prelievo a mia figlia cosicché sarebbe potuta andare a scuola in orario e dico che sarei rimasta io per l'accettazione finché fosse arrivata la luce naturale come richiesto. Anche questa possibilità negata. ERRARE È UMANO, MA QUESTA È PURA INCOMPETENZA!!! MAI PIÙ!!!! After booking an exam, on Saturday I go with my daughter to the office in via Battisti.
