il preventivo per manodopera e televisione, è stato molto più alto della media. (circa il doppio di un preventivo fatto altrove.) quindi abbiamo rinunciato in partenza.
capisco il fatto che siamo in un periodo difficile, però siamo un poco tutti nello stesso brodo, soprattutto per chi come mia madre, fatica ad arrivare a fine mese con la pensione.

the budget for labor and television was much higher than the average. (about twice as much as an estimate made elsewhere.) so we gave up on departure.
I understand the fact that we are in a difficult period, but we are all in the same broth, especially for those who, like my mother, struggle to make ends meet with retirement.
